The World Woman Davos House

The World Woman Foundation was created in response to a pivotal moment in 2025. Rapid advances in AI, digital transformation and automation were reshaping industries, while women remained underrepresented in the decisions driving this new era. Gender parity was still more than a century away at the current pace, and women made up less than one third of the global STEM workforce. It became clear that the future cannot be built without the perspectives of half the world’s population. The World Woman Davos Agenda was created to accelerate progress, strengthen inclusive leadership, and ensure that women play an active role in shaping AI, digital economies, and sustainable innovation. It brings together diverse voices to inspire bold ideas, close leadership gaps, and build a more equitable future.
