Lambert Li, Ph.D., P.Eng., is a senior engineer specialist in the Ontario Power Generation. His works and research interests focus specifically on nonlinear structural and stress analyses. He is the author of six research papers on material damage and fracture, structural failure, structural instability, and structural dynamics. He was the peer reviewers for many international journals and conferences. Currently he is working on advanced nonlinear analyses to address safety and performance of nuclear power plants.

Mehdi Shekarforoush is a Principal Engineer at Zebra Technologies, specializing in advanced simulation, failure analysis, and material characterization. With extensive hands-on experience across industry and academia, Mehdi drives a holistic engineering philosophy that integrates FEA and CFD with physical lab testing to build highly reliable enterprise products. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Calgary and is a passionate engineer dedicated to advancing simulation-led design and root-cause analysis practices.

Bruce Williams, CanmetMATERIALS, Natural Resources Canada
Dr. Williams is a Research Scientist at CanmetMATERIALS, Natural Resoures Canada studying deformation and fracture of metal in the pipeline, nuclear, and automotive sectors. His research is about 50% computational and 50% experimental. Recently, he has been studying CO2 pipeline rupture using Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) models that employ Eulerian-Lagrangian schemes within Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.

Carl is a member of the Advanced Simulation group office in Ann Arbor. He supports customers in the use the SIMULIA Established Products and provides mentorship and technical guidance for GoEngineer consulting work.
Carl has used CAE to help solve engineering problems for over 30 years, with a focus on automotive applications, especially engine components.
Carl thrives on complex problems and enjoys improving designs that must meet demanding constraints. At GoEngineer, he values the constant variety of engineering and software challenges, and he takes particular satisfaction in helping customers get more efficient and effective with their simulation workflows.
