Will has been with SIMULIA for nearly 25 years, in a variety of technical and sales roles. He has trained, supported, mentored and consulted with customers across many industries in Canada, the US and UK to help them address their simulation challenges and leverage the power of SIMULIA technology. Will holds Batchelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Dipesh Shah is the North America IPC Senior Manager for the Modeling and Simulation technical team, with a strong focus on simulation-driven design. He has been with Dassault Systemes for over 14 years, helping customers solve complex engineering problems.

Dipesh began his career in the automotive industry, working with both OEMs and suppliers, where he specialized in explicit finite element analysis for vehicle safety applications. He then worked for Sikorsky helicopters for aircraft validation. He later joined Dassault Systemes as an Application Engineer, delivering Abaqus training and supporting customers in developing advanced simulation workflows. In recent years, he has been actively involved in initiatives related to additive manufacturing and topology optimization, driving innovation in simulation-led product development.

Dipesh holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Solid Mechanics from Bradley University.
