Dr Leon Cordingley has worked at Dassault Systemes for nearly 20 years. In his role as Industry Process Consultant he is responsible for supporting users of SIMULIA products, in particular 3DEXPERINECE and Abaqus. Leon has knowledge across a wide range of simulation capabilities, including composites, additive manufacturing, heat transfer, HPC and python.

I started to work in Dassault Systemes Simulia since 2011 as an Abaqus support specialist. I now work as an industry process consultant. My expertise is mainly about FEA simulation and fatigue analysis. The products include Abaqus, fe-safe, TOSCA and 3DEXPERIENCE.

Dr. Padmeya Indurkar is a Modelling, Simulation and AI Industry Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, where he helps organizations accelerate innovation by leveraging Simulation & AI at the core of product design and development. His work focuses on enabling simulation-driven design through the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, leveraging CATIA and SIMULIA capabilities such as generative design, parametric and topology optimisation, multi-physics methods, additive manufacturing, advanced materials modelling, and ML/AI-driven simulation across industries, from automotive to aerospace, and from consumer goods to life sciences. Previously, Padmeya worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, specializing in computational fracture mechanics, and developing geometric deep learning techniques for lattice architected materials. Padmeya earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) where he developed novel CAE techniques for modelling emerging lightweight metallic alloys. Research conducted by Padmeya has been published in leading computational mechanics journals and conferences worldwide.

Risikesan Mahendran is a EuroNorth SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, working within the EuroNorth Structures team. He provides technical expertise and support for SIMULIA solutions, including the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, across Transportation & Mobility, Aerospace & Defence, and Marine & Offshore sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a Professional Simulation Engineer certified by NAFEMS.
