Sangam KUTE currently serves as an Industry Process Consultant (IPC) at SIMULIA, Dassault Systemes, leveraging his extensive background in Multibody dynamics simulations. He have studied Mechanical engineering and Specialization in Machine Design from IIT Madras, Chennai.

As an IPC, he contributes to tech-sales, training, capability development and support initiatives across various industries.

Prior to joining Dassault Systemes, He have worked for Global automotive OEM’s and gained valuable experience of 10 years in this this domain. His expertise spans in automotive applications such as Vehicles dynamics, Powertrain & Driveline Noise and Vibrations.

He is passionate about driving innovation in Multibody Dynamics simulations to advance technologies such as simulation & testing of mechatronics systems.

Veerababu Dharanalakota is an expert in acoustics and vibrations. He earned his master’s degree from IISc Bangalore and his Ph.D. from IIT Hyderabad. He worked on several noise and vibration control related projects in automotive, aerospace, and transportation sectors. He published 20+ research articles in the area of acoustics and has been honored with prestigious awards from the International Union for Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP), the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), and the International Institute of Noise Control Engineering (I-INCE). He is an active member of the Acoustical Society of India, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration (IIAV), ASA, and INCE-USA. Before joining Dassault Systemes, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at IISc Bangalore on physics-based machine learning for acoustic applications.

Shree HARSHA brings nearly two decades of international Business consulting experience and is currently responsible for Marketing, Industry Solutions, and Communication. Harsha is also responsible for developing Dassault Systèmes India marketing strategy in line with the market opportunities and the company’s mission to partner in the digital transformation and growth agenda of most innovative companies. Additionally, he has a strong technology background to make an immediate impact to the top and bottom line as well as helping companies create the springboard for the next generation of growth through disruptive business models.

Prior to this role, he was Business Consulting Director for Asia leading the value Engagement team in driving Digital Transformation at several strategic customers and ensure their success; whose influence and ideas drive the future of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions and our 3DEXPEREINCE strategy. He has worked in partnership with customers across multiple geographies including Japan, China and Germany. Harsha is Mechanical Engineering graduate, and is an alumni of Indian School of Business and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with focus on Manufacturing & Operations.

•His expertise spans linear and nonlinear stress analyses, specializing in Abaqus/Standard and Abaqus/Explicit methodologies and Durability Analysis.

•Unmesh is passionate about driving innovation in structural simulations to advance new technologies and optimize simulation processes across diverse industries.

Gala Dushyanth holds a postgraduate degree in RF and Microwave Engineering.

He is currently employed as an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes. He has multiple years of experience working with clients in the Aerospace & Defense sectors and Transportation & Mobility

His expertise includes antenna placement, EMI/EMC, RCS analysis, and thermal simulations for solving complex electromagnetic challenges through simulation

Bharath Kanaparthi has a Masters Degree in Machine Design from IIT Madras

He has been associated with DASSAULT SYSTÈMES, SIMULIA India for the past seven years and currently serves as an Industry Process Consultant Manager.

In his current role, he is primarily involved in technical sales, training, capability development, and support initiatives across various industries.

He has an expertise in Simulation Optimization and Process Automation in the Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Mobility, Marine and off shore industries.

•Arnab GANGULY has a Masters degree from VIT University, Vellore.

•He is associated to DASSAULT SYSTÈMES, SIMULIA India for the last 8 years and currently work as an Industry Process Consultant Manager where he manages technical-sales and support initiatives on structural simulation solutions.

•He has an expertise in Linear and Non-linear stress, fatigue and optimization simulations in the Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Equipment and Energy & Material industries.

•In the Energy sector, he has constantly worked with multiple important OEMs and research labs with special focus on topics like Nuclear and offshore applications, Batteries and Metal manufacturing.

•Sidram Hirmukhe received his PhD degree in computational fracture mechanics from IIT Indore.

•He have 15+ years of experience in research. He published 10+ research articles in the area of fracture mechanics. He worked on DRDO projects during his postdoctoral at DIAT, Pune. Currently he work as an Industry Process Consultant Manager where he manages technical-sales and support initiatives on structural simulation solutions.

•He has an expertise in fracture mechanics, fatigue and optimization simulations in the Aerospace & Defense.

Dhiraj NAHAR graduated in Mechanical Engineering and has been working with DASSAULT SYSTEMES since 2003. He has 17 years of experience in CAD & CAE. At DASSAULT SYSTEMES SIMULIA, Dhiraj has worked in multiple roles such as Customer Support Engineer, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Product Management. In all these years he has worked on developing CAD and simulation tools in our products and has worked with several key customers and strategic partnerships.

Since the beginning of 2019, Dhiraj has been leading a WW team of design & simulation engineers who are responsible to create multi-physics industrial solutions using the DASSAULT SYSTEMES 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Along with his team, he works closely with our WW customers, understands their requirements and deploys our integrated modelling & simulation solutions in their environments, ultimately leading to substantial productivity gains for our customers.

Sarang is an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes India, where he supports the Transportation & Mobility cluster, partnering with Tata Motors, Mahindra, and other leading technology organizations in advancing their research and simulation capabilities.

With nine years of specialized experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics, Sarang has contributed to high-impact engineering programs at globally recognized organizations including Daimler Truck, BSH Home Appliances Group, and Faurecia Interior Systems. His core expertise lies in virtual validation and simulation correlation — enabling engineering teams to build verifiable, physics-faithful digital models that confidently capture complex Multiphysics phenomena.

Sarang holds a postgraduate degree from IIT Hyderabad, where his research focused on developing a semi-explicit finite volume solver for multiphase applications using OpenFOAM. He completed his undergraduate studies at Pune University

Kiran AKELLA is presently working as Group head of Systems and Controls Group at R&DE(E), DRDO. He has over 22 years of industry experience. His areas of interest include dynamics, finite element modeling. Kiran had completed his BE from VNIT Nagpur, M.Tech from IIT Kanpur and PhD from IISc Bangalore. He has over 25 Publications, international and national journals and conferences to his credit. He has also filed 3 Patents in his name.

Kiran was awarded the DRDO Young scientist award in 2009  for contributions to the proof-of-concept for the development of the first indigenous composite armoured vehicle hull with integral ceramic-composite armour. He also received the Lab-level scientist of the year award for the year 2018

I describe myself as an ardent team player, a stickler to quality and timeliness, and as someone who keeps an eye on the big picture as well as fine details.

In my professional experience of over a quarter of a century, I've played several roles: individual contributor, technical lead, team lead, specialist engineer, manager of a department and now Project Manager. I've been part of teams that have delivered mission critical systems and services in Oil & Gas, Automotive and Aerospace sectors.

At present, I am a Project Manager in OneSubsea, Pune, India, working in the Landing Strings services division. In my previous avatar, I was the manager of the Materials and Analyses department in OneSubsea managing the Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Global Riser Analysis (GRA) and the Materials Engineering divisions. I have also managed the Graduate Engineer Training program and the Internship program in OneSubsea Pune.

Mustafa Nomani is a Senior Manager, Tata Motors specializing in product development and simulation with over 14 years of experience in the industry. His expertise spans across flow-induced noise, multi-phase systems, and thermal modeling, where he has led and contributed to numerous high-impact projects.

With a strong foundation in simulation-driven design and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges, our work has played a key role in driving innovation and efficiency in product development processes. The experience bridges the gap between theoretical modeling and practical application, enabling smarter, more reliable solutions.

Rajesh K. Singh received the B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from UPTU, Lucknow, India in 2010 and M.Tech. degree in Microwave Electronics from Delhi University South Campus, Delhi, India in 2013. He received his PhD degree in Microwave Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), New Delhi, India in 2018. He was an RF consultant at Eron Energy Pvt. Ltd (Oct 2018 - Dec 2018). He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Information Engineering, University of Pisa, Pisa, Italy (Feb 2019 - Dec 2021). Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics Engineering, Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune, India. His research interests include Active Integrated Antennas (AIAs), RFID, EMI/EMC, Wireless Power Transfer, Reconfigurable 2D and 3D antennas for current and future wireless systems, Smart Gloves for near-/far-field UHF-RFID, SSPP, Leaky-wave antennas and Antenna modules for automotive. He has published more than 40 international journal articles and conference contributions. He is an active reviewer of various journals including IEEE Transactions and Letters. He served as Chairman (2016-18) and Treasurer (2014-16) of the IEEE MTT-S Student Branch Chapter of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. Dr. Singh received the Young Scientist Award for the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) General Assembly and Scientific Symposium (GASS) 2020 and the Distinguished Service Award for RFID-TA 2019.

Sasindhar works as an advanced Lead Engineer, specializing in engineering and technology management. He works for Wabtec Corporation, a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for the freight rail, transit, mining, industrial, and marine industries. : He possesses hands-on technical experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
