Krishna Rao, Google
Krishna Rao is an RF/Antenna Engineer and has over 7 years of experience in Wireless design in the consumer electronics industry. His expertise involves simulation driven design to experiment and provide quick solutions to difficult problems like RF Desense and interference, EMC and multiband tunable antennas and has co-authored multiple technical publications. At Google, Krishna currently works as an Antenna systems engineer looking Wideband tuneable antenna matching designs for wearable products in addition to SAR and regulatory compliance and certification. Krishna also guides students working in the RF/EM domain and authors a blog in his spare time.

Somen Baidya
Somen received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in July 2021, specializing in computational electromagnetics. He became a part of the Dassault Systèmes North America team as a SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant in 2022. His expertise lies in supporting solution to complex electromagnetics problems in High-tech consumer devices, and life sciences industries.

Ganapathi Balasubramanian

Ganapathi Balasubramanian
Ganapathi Balasubramanian started his career in the Fluids Industry as an application engineer for Exa Corporation and focused on T&M aeroacoustics applications. After being part of a team involved in a decade of successful deployment of PowerFLOW for aeroacoustics, he has since involved himself in the deployment of workflows for porous media multi-phase fluid flow applications using DigitalROCK (Virtual Porous Media Lab) in the energy industry. His current focus is on expanding the 3DS Fluids portfolio for industrial applications, and on driving new porous media workflows in the high tech industry.

Ahmad Chamseddine
Ahmad received his PhD degree in electrical engineering from the University of Lille, France, where he specialized in the areas of Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave systems. He has more than 15 years of experience in the development of Phased Array Antennas, RF systems for commercial and spaceborne applications. He is currently a Sr. Industry Process Consultant with SIMULIA Dassault Systèmes focused on the next 3DExperience technology in the High-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, and Transportation & Mobility industries.

Hicham Farid

Hicham Farid
Dr. Hicham Farid has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Quebec, Canada, where his research focused on Fracture Mechanics. His primary interests are material modeling and calibration, fracture mechanics, plastics and composites, and fatigue and creep interaction. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Hicham spent 12 years working as R&D Engineer/Scientist at leading organizations in the aerospace, nuclear, and renewable energy industries. He is passionate about new technology and enjoys sharing this passion with others by helping businesses and industry professionals challenge the status quo and navigate new, technological horizons.

John Maculley

John Maculley
John is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and high-tech industries. He currently serves as an Industry Strategy Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, based in Silicon Valley. Before joining Dassault, John spent 12 years at Micron Technology, where he held key leadership roles, including Global Director of Operational Excellence and Senior Process R&D Program Manager. In these roles, he spearheaded enterprise-wide business process improvements and drove digital transformation initiatives. Concurrently, John served as an adjunct professor at Boise State University, where he taught graduate-level courses in new product development.
Earlier in his career, John held various operational roles at NASA, GE, and Boeing, gaining a wealth of experience across multiple industries. He holds an M.B.A. from The College of William and Mary, a B.S. from San Diego State University, and a Data Science diploma from the University of California, Berkeley. Jonathan Oakley

Jonathan Oakley
Jonathan is currently Director of High Tech Industry Enablement at Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA where he is responsible for technical content, advanced engagements and new methodology. Previously he has held leadership positions at a Silicon Valley start-up company and at CST where he looked after North American sales prior to its acquisition by Dassault Systemes in 2016. Jonathan has an engineering background in electronics and electromagnetic simulation and holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering.

Dinesh Panneerselvam is an Industry Process Consultant Director at Dassault Systèmes with the SIMULIA brand. He has been with the company for over 15 years and his background is structures with a Ph. D in Engineering Mechanics. Dinesh and his team in the technical sales organization lead technical execution of customer engagements starting from lead generation to opportunity qualification to successful implementation of simulation solutions with a focus on Hi-Tech, Aerospace & Defense and Electric Vehicle industries.

Rafael Salazar

Rafael Salazar
Rafael Salazar-Tio is an Energy & Materials Industry Process Expert at Dassault Systèmes since 2018, working on porous media modeling and simulation using multiscale/multiphysics methods. Previously has was a Research petrophysicist at Chevron for 12 years. He holds a BS in Physics from the San Marcos National University in Peru and a PhD in Physics from The University of Balearic Island in Spain. He has around 40 papers and 5 patents.
