Mohan JAYAWARDENE completed his Ph.D. at Loughborough University in 2000 and continued to work at the university as a Research Engineer based within the Center for Mobile Communication and Research (CMCR) from 2000 – 2005. In October 2005 Mohan joined CST AG as an application engineer and after a couple of years in a technical role took over the leadership of the sales and technical support team in the UK and by 2010 as the Country Manager for CST UK Ltd. After the acquisition of CST AG into DASSAULT SYSTEMES, his current role today is SIMULIA Sales Director responsible for leading the channel partner simulation team across EuroNorth.

Sajid Asif

Sajid Asif
Sajid Asif, an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, leads SIMULIA EuroNORTH's technical sales engagements, specializing in Electromagnetics technology across multiple industries. Previously, as an Antenna Engineer, he focused on designing, developing, and testing passive RF/microwave circuits and phased array antennas for Satcom and terrestrial applications. Alongside his industry work, he served as a Researcher and Lecturer at various academic institutions. Besides his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, Dr. Asif also holds a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from North Dakota State University, USA. He is a member of IET and holds senior membership in IEEE.

Jonathan Oakley

Jonathan Oakley
Jonathan is currently Director of High Tech Industry Enablement at Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA where he is responsible for technical content, advanced engagements and new methodology. Previously he has held leadership positions at a Silicon Valley start-up and at CST where he looked after North American sales prior to its acquisition by Dassault Systèmes in 2016. Jonathan has an engineering background in electronics and electromagnetic simulation and holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering.

Abdulmajid Abdulmajid

Abdulmajid Abdulmajid
I am currently working as a CST Engineer at SIMUSERV, where I have been providing technical support to CST users since November 2022. I hold a Ph.D. in High-Gain Dielectric Resonator Antennas (DRAs) from the University of Sheffield, completed in 2020. My professional journey reflects a strong passion for electromagnetic research and engineering. In 2021, I contributed as a Near-field Probe Designer at YIC Technology, playing a key role in the development of cutting-edge innovations. Prior to that, I served as a lecturer at Bani Waleed University in Libya from 2012 to 2014, where I taught courses on antennas and electromagnetics. My career started at the General Electrical Company of Libya (GECOL), where I worked as an Electronic Maintenance Engineer from 2006 to 2012.

Suidong Yang

Suidong Yang
Currently working at TECHNIA UK as an Electromagnetic Simulation Engineer, assisting customers with their day-to-day simulation needs. Educated in Applied Physics and Laser Technology in China. Relocated to the UK in 1992 and obtained a PhD in Plasma Physics from The Open University. Experienced in FEM, FDTD, MoM, and multi-physics modeling techniques, including low- and high-frequency electromagnetic field modeling, vacuum system simulation, microwave device design, structural stress analysis, and thermal management planning
