Mohan Jayawardene

Mohan Jayawardene
Mohan Jayawardene completed his Ph.D. at Loughborough University in 2000 and continued to work at the university as a Research Engineer based within the Center for Mobile Communication and Research (CMCR) from 2000 – 2005. In October 2005 Mohan joined CST AG as an application engineer and after a couple of years in a technical role took over the leadership of the sales and technical support team in the UK and by 2010 as the Country Manager for CST UK Ltd. After the acquisition of CST AG into DASSAULT SYSTEMES, his current role today is SIMULIA Sales Director responsible for leading the channel partner simulation team across EuroNorth.

Raffaele Scuderi

Raffaele Scuderi
Raffaele Scuderi received his master degree (summa cum laude) in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy, in 2010. After he graduated, he joined the Microwave and Radiation Laboratory of the University of Pisa as Ph.D. student. During this period, his research activity was focused on the numerical solution of Maxwell equations with special attention to the development of equivalent radiation models for EMC problems. In 2011, he has been visiting student at the department of Electrical Engineering of the Pennsylvania State University. In 2012 he joined IDS –Ingegneria Dei Sistemi as System Analyst and then as Application Engineer. His job was focused on simulation and measurements of the electromagnetic phenomena for complex platforms (radiation and scattering), in the radio frequency and infrared spectrum. In 2018 he joined Dassault Systèmes and his current role is Electromagnetics Industry Process Consultant. He works in the field of the electromagnetic simulation as SIMULIA EMAG specialist, contributing into the pre/post-sales activities, consulting services and R&D. Raffaele actively contributes to the scientific community publishing articles and holding lectures and seminars on electromagnetic simulation.

Rodrigo Enjiu

Rodrigo Enjiu
Rodrigo is a member of the IPS team for the High Tech Industry in the Simulia Brand. With over a decade of dedicated experience in electromagnetic simulation, he specialized in high-frequency applications, handling both pre- and post-sales responsibilities. In his current role, Rodrigo is dedicated to enhancing simulation workflows and designing innovative solutions for first-of-its-kind challenges. He earned his BSc in Science and Technology in 2011 and Information Engineering in 2012, both from UFABC in Brazil. In 2022, he obtaining an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany. Rodrigo's expertise and interests encompass telecommunications (including 5G/6G technologies), meta-materials, and network planning.

Sajid Asif

Sajid Asif
Sajid Asif, an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, leads SIMULIA EuroNorth's technical sales engagements, specializing in Electromagnetics technology across multiple industries. Previously, as an Antenna Engineer, he focused on designing, developing, and testing passive RF/microwave circuits and phased array antennas for Satcom and terrestrial applications. Alongside his industry work, he served as a Researcher and Lecturer at various academic institutions. Besides his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, Dr. Asif also holds a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from North Dakota State University, USA. He is a member of IET and holds senior membership in IEEE.

Theunis Beukman

Theunis Beukman
Theunis Beukman is a Senior Manager in SIMULIA R&D at Dassault Systèmes. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He joined CST in 2015 where he has been responsible for the product planning of software tools related to filters, antennas and phased arrays. His interests include optimization and design automation, with a keen focus on passive RF components, profiled horns and transitions, meta-surfaces and active antenna arrays

Tony Gasseling

Tony Gasseling
Tony Gasseling earned a PhD’s degree in physics and electronic technology from Limoges University, France in 2003. He launched AMCAD Engineering, a spin-off from the XLIM laboratory with 2 classmates, and acted as a CEO during 20 years. He has been graduated with a master's degree in Sales, Marketing and Digital strategy direction from HEC Business School, Paris in 2022.
In 2024, after the acquisition of AMCAD Engineering by Dassault Systèmes, he is leading the R&D team based in Limoges as a SIMULIA R&D Technical Director. His daily work aims to complete CST Studio functionalities with IVCAD Suite, dedicated to the measurement, modeling and simulation of active RF Circuits.

Wafae El Fennouri

Wafae El Fennouri
Wafae EL FENNOURI graduated in 2023 as an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from ENSIL-ENSCI engineering school in Limoges, France. Following her diploma, she gained expertise in high-power amplifier modeling and system simulation at AMCAD ENGINEERING. Over two and a half years, she built seniority as an Application Engineer within the circuit and simulation R&D team, contributing to advanced application developments.

Maxime Faure

Maxime Faure
Maxime Faure received his Master's degree in Network Architecture and Communication Circuit Technologies from the University of Limoges (France) in 2022. Since 2015, he has been an application engineer at AMCAD Engineering, where he specializes in the characterization of RF and microwave nonlinear components. He is also responsible for the measurement service activity of the RF and Microwave Laboratory. Maxime now joins the CST R&D team and will play a major role in developing tomorrow's IVCAD Suite measurement functionalities.

Mustafa Kamal

Mustafa Kamal
Mustafa Kamal obtained his Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2015. His expertise includes simulation and measurement of passive RF components, antenna design, electromagnetic exposure, and wireless power transfer. Since 2019, he has been working as an Application Engineer at HITECH, providing technical support and training for CST Studio Suite across the Benelux region.

Stéphane Dellier

Stéphane Dellier
Stéphane Dellier is a seasoned entrepreneur in the RF and microwave industry with a strong background in power amplifier design and system-level innovation. He currently serves as CEO of WUPATEC, a pioneer in advanced RF power amplifier solutions and RF systems, and as Director of AMCAD. Previously Deputy Managing Director at AMCAD Engineering, he has also been a board member of French Tech Limousin since 2023
