Marcel Wuwer

Marcel Wuwer a practicing innovator who turns complex technologies into simple, effective solutions for small and medium-sized companies. A mechanical engineer by training, he created as a researcher a system based on artificial intelligence that indicates to the designer the predicted energy consumption of the production of a part he is currently designing.
He now leads a team that designs and manufactures intralogistics systems and production automation equipment. He shortened the process of designing a control system through a digital twin, allowing automation engineers to work on a CAD model while the real device is not yet manufactured. He also improved the flow of information between manufacturing and the design department, creating an application that generated 180 requests from a 20-person manufacturing operation in six months - proof that it's the small steps in digital transformation that can have a huge impact.
Today, Marcel Wówer looks at transformation through the lens of smaller companies, where the challenge is not AI innovations, but mastering the basics of digitization. He will bring a fresh, practical perspective to the 3DEXPERIENCE Summit 2025, challenging the myth that AI and digital twins are only for corporations. His vision? Empowering Polish businesses by focusing on people and a culture of small improvements - because real change starts with people.
