Florence VERZELEN
Florence Verzelen has been a member of Dassault Systèmes’ Executive Committee since 2018. She oversees Dassault Systèmes’ business development in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), working closely with regional executives and their local management to generate new opportunities in these regions. Florence also heads Dassault Systèmes’ Infrastructure & Cities sector, one of the three sectors (alongside Manufacturing Industries, Life Sciences & Healthcare) served by the company.
Combining these two complementary roles, and with the support of her teams, Florence’s mission is to help Dassault Systèmes’ customers leverage virtualization and 3D UNIV+RSES to become key players in the Generative Economy. She empowers them to boost their competitiveness, create new portfolio of offers, connect all the functions within their organizations, ramp up their operational excellence and scale highly innovative value networks.
Florence joined Dassault Systèmes in 2018 and was first in charge of lndustry, Marketing & 3DEXPERIENCE Edu. She was the driving force in expanding the Sustainability function at Dassault Systèmes to position the company as a key player in that domain.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Florence was working at Engie, a world leader in the energy sector, where she notably led the company’s Business Development, Performance Plan and was COO of Europe & Russia. Before that, she served in the European Commission and the French Administration.
She is also a board member of Nexity (French listed company), Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (France’s Space Agency), France 2030 (Advisory Body of the French Government on its industrial strategy) and the lnstitut Montaigne think tank. Florence is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique / Corps des Mines.

Stéphane SIREAU is Vice President, High-Tech Industry, at Dassault Systèmes, responsible for helping high-tech companies digitally transform by using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to build virtual twin experiences.
Stéphane SIREAU has over 20 years of experience working in the high-tech space. Based in Silicon Valley, he led the launch in 2016 of GE Digital’s alliance program in Europe to create new cloud-based industrial IOT solutions. In 2012 he co-founded Orange Mobile Enterprise, Orange’s business unit dedicated to mobility and IOT solutions. As a globally-minded executive, Stéphane has lived and worked in the USA, Europe, and Asia. In 2009 Stéphane set up Orange Institute, a global think-tank dedicated to digital innovation. Prior to that, he worked for 4 years in China where he pioneered Orange’s supply chain management in Asia, including its first program of sustainability audits. In his latest role, Stéphane worked at DNV, one of the world’s leading assurance companies, leading global sales of digital assurance, sustainability, and supply chain solutions.
Stéphane is a British-French dual national and lives in the Paris region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a graduate of ICADE-ICAI (Spain). He received an Executive MBA with distinction from INSEAD and Tsinghua University (China) in 2009.
