Florence VERZELEN
Florence Verzelen is Dassault Systèmes Executive Vice President in charge of Industry, Marketing & Sustainability since 2018. Her role is to grow the portfolio of solutions & significantly increase the revenues of Dassault Systèmes in the 12 industries it serves, in order to achieve sustainable growth and rapid business development. To this end, she focuses on creating "forward looking" industrial solutions that will help all industrial players to transform through digitalization. Florence has also created the sustainability function within Dassault Systèmes, with the vision that digital solutions can help transform the industries for them to become more sustainable. She is also leading Dassault Systèmes service organization, transforming its business model towards "outcome based" solutions.
Before this latest appointment, Florence was working at Engie, a world leader in the energy sector holding different positions, as Business Development Vice President, Engie Qatar CEO, Performance Plan Vice President and finally Engie Europe COO.
Florence has an extensive experience in both public & private sector, having held different positions in the European Commission and the French Administration.
She is also an experienced board member, currently at Nexity, France's leader in real estate development and services, CNES, the French Space Agency, France 2030, the Advisory Body of the French Government on his Industrial Strategy & Institute Montaigne, the leading think tank in France. Florence is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique / Corps des Mines.

Stéphane SIREAU is Vice President, High-Tech Industry, at Dassault Systèmes, responsible for helping high-tech companies digitally transform by using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to build virtual twin experiences.
Stéphane SIREAU has over 20 years of experience working in the high-tech space. Based in Silicon Valley, he led the launch in 2016 of GE Digital’s alliance program in Europe to create new cloud-based industrial IOT solutions. In 2012 he co-founded Orange Mobile Enterprise, Orange’s business unit dedicated to mobility and IOT solutions. As a globally-minded executive, Stéphane has lived and worked in the USA, Europe, and Asia. In 2009 Stéphane set up Orange Institute, a global think-tank dedicated to digital innovation. Prior to that, he worked for 4 years in China where he pioneered Orange’s supply chain management in Asia, including its first program of sustainability audits. In his latest role, Stéphane worked at DNV, one of the world’s leading assurance companies, leading global sales of digital assurance, sustainability, and supply chain solutions.
Stéphane is a British-French dual national and lives in the Paris region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a graduate of ICADE-ICAI (Spain). He received an Executive MBA with distinction from INSEAD and Tsinghua University (China) in 2009.

Olivier RIBET

Olivier RIBET
Olivier Ribet has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2018, in charge of developing Dassault
Systèmes’ market in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He does this with the support of executives in these
regions and their local management committees. In addition, he oversees collaboration among all regional
executives worldwide to define and share best practices with regard to planning, execution and leadership.
Olivier Ribet joined Dassault Systèmes in 2013 as Vice President, High-Tech Industry. In 2017, he was put in charge of all Dassault Systèmes Industries and Cross-Industry Initiatives.
He brings over 20 years of international experience in the software, high-tech and telecoms markets to Dassault Systèmes. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Olivier Ribet held senior management positions in sales and marketing at Bull, EDF and later Microsoft, where he spent more than 15 years. During his career, he has led sales, marketing and software engineering teams in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Anissa BELLINI

Anissa BELLINI
Anissa Bellini is a strong believer that virtual worlds is a way of improving the real world. She brings 15 years of experience at Dassault Systèmes, initially as Solution consultant and Technical Executive supporting customer engagement worldwide and developing an in-depth market and customer insight. More recently, she oversaw the creation of industry-specific solution experiences as the Solution Portfolio Director for the High-Tech industry.
Her role now is to lead Dassault Systèmes' strategic direction to strengthen Dassault Systèmes’ position for the manufacturing sector, ranging from High-Tech industry, Transportation & Mobility, Aerospace, Home & Lifestyle... She focuses on the deep transformation of the sector and related next solutions for a more resilient, circular and innovative world.
Anissa holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, specialized in signal processing and digital communications. She has also successfully completed the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.

Olivier SAPPIN

Olivier SAPPIN
Since December 2019, CEO of CATIA at DASSAULT SYSTEMES.
He started his career at Dassault Systèmes (3DS) in 1995 in CATIA’s Shape Design Industrialization Team. Then, he joined 3DS International Automotive Competency Center working with renowned customers like HONDA, FIAT, BMW, CHRYSLER and PSA to help them transform their design practices in the area of car body and styling. Through these experiences, he acquired deep knowledge of the automotive sector and customers’ business processes.
In 2011, he was appointed Vice President of the new defined Transportation & Mobility industry, which assists manufacturers and suppliers in developing new mobility experiences for their consumers.
As CATIA CEO, he is looking forward to empower the Community of Design Innovators to Engineer & Experience the best System of System from Concept to Experience Driven Engineering.
