Professor Georg Jacobs is Head of the Institute for Machine Elements and Systems Engineering (MSE) at RWTH Aachen University and a leading expert in engineering design, machine systems and wind power drives. Before returning to academia, he held senior R&D leadership roles at Bosch Rexroth, driving innovation in hydraulic systems and industrial engineering. With decades of experience spanning research and industry, Professor Jacobs is recognised for advancing engineering design and technology transfer between academia and manufacturing.

Gregor Höpfner is Managing Director and Co-Founder of seek Systems Engineering. As spin off from the Institute for Machine Elements and Systems Engineering of RWTH Aachen, seek is bringing MBSE methods and tools from research to industry and developing methods to make AI reliable and hallucination free based on the formalized data from MBSE. Gregor has been at RWTH Aachen for 5 years as a scientist in MBSE and 3 years as a research group lead. In his roles he collaborates closely with different industry in applying MBSE, such as automotive, high tech, plant engineering, and aerospace.

Bas van der Leeuw is a systems engineering professional with experience in highly regulated, complex system-of-systems environments. He has worked across multiple domains as a system architect, integrator, and MBSE lead for safety-critical systems. An INCOSE member since 2013, he became a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) in 2016. He joined TNO in 2023, where he develops and applies MBSE approaches for the high-tech industry and energy sector while researching Digital Engineering transformations. For Bas, MBSE creates value beyond tools and methods: it is about shaping effective, problem-driven approaches that build shared understanding between domain experts, managers, and decision makers.

Over the past decade, Matti has played a pivotal role in guiding companies across various sectors in embracing MBSE methodologies within the broader framework including product portfolio management and governance. In his current capacity, Matti serves as the manager of the MBSE Domain Expert team at Dassault Systèmes EuroNorth, where he continues to lead the charge in driving innovation and excellence within the realm of MBSE.

Euriel Malpiece is the Global Sales Lead for the complete CATIA portfolio, including the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) portfolio, at Dassault Systèmes.
Since joining Dassault Systèmes in March 2017, he has held several roles focused on the modeling and simulation of mechanical, mechatronic, and autonomous systems. Throughout his career at the company, he has developed extensive expertise in supporting customers across a range of industries, including automotive, industrial equipment, semiconductors, and data centers.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Euriel spent many years in the engineering software industry, holding various sales and business development positions where he helped organizations adopt advanced engineering and simulation solutions.

With a career spanning more than 40 years at Dassault Systèmes, he has supported global customers across high-tech and automotive markets since joining the company in 1986. His international experience includes leading solution deployments in South Korea with Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, and in the USA across IBM hardware divisions. He currently leads industry solutions for Compute Systems, including semiconductors and AI Factories, with deployments at leading companies such as Broadcom, Samsung Electronics, STMicroelectronics and NVIDIA.
