Florence Verzelen is Dassault Systèmes Executive Vice President in charge of Industry, Marketing & Sustainability since 2018. Her role is to grow the portfolio of solutions & significantly increase the revenues of Dassault Systèmes in the 12 industries it serves, in order to achieve sustainable growth and rapid business development. To this end, she focuses on creating "forward looking" industrial solutions that will help all industrial players to transform through digitalization. Florence has also created the sustainability function within Dassault Systèmes, with the vision that digital solutions can help transform the industries to help them become more sustainable. She is also leading Dassault Systèmes service organization, transforming its business model towards "outcome based" solutions.
Before this latest appointment, Florence was working at Engie, a world leader in the energy sector holding different positions, as Business Development Vice President, Engie Qatar CEO, Performance Plan Vice President and finally Engie Europe COO.
Florence has an extensive experience in both public & private sector, having held different positions in the European Commission and the French Administration.
She is also an experienced board member, currently at CNES, the French Space Agency and Institut Montaigne, the leading think tank in France & Nexity, France's leader in real estate development and services. Florence is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique/Corps des Mines.

Lise Toll is an experienced leader in the energy industry, with a strong background in the renewable energy sector. She has held managerial roles at E.ON in wind power and district heating across Scandinavia and Germany. Lise has also served as CEO of SENS, a large scale energy storage company, and co-founded and served as CEO for GoSol Energi AB, a Swedish solar company. Since 2022, she has been Project Director for offshore wind projects at OX2 in Sweden.

Marc Overton is Managing Director for Northern Europe of Dassault Systèmes, a company that is empowering organisations to sustainably invent, learn, produce, and trade in entirely new ways. Marc was previously a member of the executive team of EE/Orange in the UK, and has also held senior leadership positions at First Data, Cisco and Sierra Wireless and helped establish BT’s Division X, targeting specific industry solutions using 5G Private Networks and IoT. In addition to being an established international technology businesses executive, Marc has been a UK Army Reservist for 37 years. He is currently serving as the Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Reserves and Cadets) and as the Digital Non-Executive Director for Defence Equipment & Support, supporting all equipment and services for the UK Armed Forces.

Peter Rydebrink is the CEO and principal owner of Euromekanik, a system integrator and distributor to the energy and process industry in the Nordics. More specifically, Euromekanik supplies components and system solutions for Energy gas, Steam, and Energy-rich liquids. In the last 5-6 years, the company has taken a leading position in hydrogen on the Swedish market and offers complete facilities for both hydrogen production and filling stations. Peter is a civil engineer but has a background in research, manufacturing, and sales in several industries before he took over the leadership of Euromekanik in 2011.

Working in strategic, executive and senior advisory roles related to business transformation, financing the energy transition, sustainable finance, energy efficiency, the new energy world and innovation. Prior to Dassault Systemes worked at Schneider Electric, Senior Executive, Global Vice President – Strategic Partnerships. Initiated and ran solutions and platforms for strategic customers as well as digital, institutional, financial and academic partners at a global level. Prior to this, worked in finance at Rothschild, J.P. Morgan and the OECD/International Energy Agency. Authored numerous publications & frequent public speaker. Board member of BSI Economics. PhD in Behavioural Economics from the Sorbonne University in Paris, Master of Science degree in Law and Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE), and BA from McGill University.

Industry 4.0 is driving real tangible benefits and next generation wireless communications are accelerating the flexibility, efficiency, sustainability and innovation in industries. Sebastian is on the edge of industrial digitalization with 5G, IoT and AI for factories, warehouses and mines.
Previously Sebastian was the Head of Business Development and Product Marketing for Dedicated Networks and the Ericsson Private 5G product, working on customer engagements across all target verticals, as well as driving the growth of the Industry 4.0 Partner program.
Sebastian also worked for 10 years within Ericsson’s supply organization in different positions and driven global improvement and smart manufacturing projects.
Sebastian has a passion for new technologies, and the impact they have on society, and holds a Master of Science in Automation and Mechatronics from Chalmers University of Technology.

Before STILFOLD, Nyvang held various leading design, marketing, and communication positions. At Björn Borg, he was global marketing director and has also worked in a leading position at companies such as Starcom and Fox. As an entrepreneur, he has been involved in several companies in the areas of urban mobility and the environment.
