Terence began his career filling various sales and marketing roles for the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands in Europe, before moving to the USA with Bentley. After sixteen years in automotive, a career shift saw him move to Hollywood so that he could further develop his storytelling skills in both film and TV.

Today, he combines his insights and learnings from both of these worlds to help senior business leaders communicate their messages more effectively, something he does as a consultant, trainer, coach, keynote speaker and moderator. He is visiting faculty at Erasmus University/Rotterdam School of Management, where he teaches C-level executives how to use story to transition from ‘managing’ to ‘leading’.

With over 20 years of experience in aerospace, Lawrence Blakeley is a pioneer in electric aviation and a passionate advocate for clean and sustainable air transportation technologies. He is the COO and Head of Design Organisation for H55, a global leader in electric propulsion and energy storage systems for aviation. He previously held technical and leadership roles at Airbus, working on various aircraft programs such as the A400M, A320 and A350. He was also a founding member and key contributor to the success of Vertical Aerospace, one of the first electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) companies to go public on the NYSE in 2021.

Adriana became one of the first employees of Tesla Energy after pivoting career paths from the financial industry. During her 5.5 year tenure at Tesla, Adriana was part of the core team that set up the early-stage hyper growth Business Operations department for Tesla Energy. She managed B2B sales operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2020 she moved to the vehicles side of the business, establishing the Service Quality department for Technical Engineering.

After her time on both sides of the business at Tesla, Adriana was awarded a merit scholarship to pursue her MBA at INSEAD. The MBA program further sharpened Adriana's commitment to solving the issues of climate change and sustainability from a business perspective. She is now Chief Business Development Officer at Fokker Next Gen, an aviation company working to make emission free flight fueled by liquid hydrogen a reality by 2035.

As the owner and CEO of Van Berge Henegouwen (VBH), a renowned market leader in luxury technology system integration for Super Yachts, Jeroen thrives amidst market dynamics, evolving client demands, and fierce competition

With over 25 years of executive management experience, Aart is a leader in digital and business transformation and change management,. As the Chief Digital Officer at Damen Shipyards Group he is responsible for Damen's digital strategy and alignment, digital governance, digital organization, and cyber security, among other areas.

His mission is to enable Damen to become the most sustainable and connected shipyard in the world, delivering maritime solutions and autonomous capabilities. He works with a team of talented professionals to provide high-quality digital solutions and services that maximize client value, minimize waste and improves customer experience.
