As a passionate leader, she has led transformative digital projects in sales, marketing, and operations at major European groups such as FNAC-DARTY, Beaumanoir, Lapeyre, and Kering.

Jérôme LIBESKIND is a specialist in audiovisual media and a former business and finance journalist. Jérôme has 20 years of experience in the media, including about 15 years covering economic and financial issues. Between 2002 and 2012, he held several positions within the NextradioTV group, at BFM Radio, BFM TV, and later BFM Business. During this time, he covered various sectors, including aerospace, energy, the automotive industry, and the Office of the President of the Republic. In 2012, he joined the Canal+ Group and the ITélé network to become head of the “économle” department, the network’s economic columnist, and producer and host of the program *L’Hebdo de l’Eco*. After more than two decades in journalism, Jérôme decided to change careers and found SO WHAT Communication, where he leverages his media expertise, his understanding of how news is produced, and his storytelling skills to help companies with their public communications, internal and external events, and video content on social media.

Richard LEE
Richard LEE is CEO of Paula Rosa Manhattan and a highly respected leader within the UK kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sector. His career began at MFI, where he progressed quickly and became a senior leader at a notably young age, developing a strong reputation for commercial understanding, operational discipline and sector expertise.
Over the course of his career, Richard has worked with a number of major retail brands across the KBB and home sectors both in the Uk and Internationally, including Howdens, Homeform Group and the Kitchen Group PTY. This breadth of experience has given him a deep understanding of both retail and contract markets, from customer experience and product proposition to manufacturing, supply chain and long-term partner relationships.
As CEO of Paula Rosa Manhattan, Richard brings together decades of sector knowledge, strong commercial leadership and a genuine passion for UK manufacturing. He is focused on strengthening the business for the future, building trusted partnerships and ensuring Paula Rosa Manhattan continues to deliver the quality, scale, service and expertise it is known for.
