Umberto Arcangeli è Managing Director EUROMED in Dassault Systemes, The 3DEXPERIENCE Company e Amministratore Delegato di Dassault Systemes Italia. Ha maturato un‘esperienza ventennale nel settore tecnologico, della trasformazione digitale e dell’innovazione, ricoprendo ruoli manageriali di crescente importanza sia in ambito canale indiretto sa di gestione di grandi clienti. Prima di entrare in Dassault Systemes, ha lavorato in IBM.
Focus su Clienti e Partner, gestione del business per obiettivi, cura per le persone e una forte determinazione al raggiungimento dei risultati, sono i principi che lo guidano ogni giorno.
Laureato in ingegneria elettronica al Politecnico di Milano.

Claire BIOT was appointed Vice President, Life Sciences Industry, Dassault Systèmes in 2019.
Her multifaceted experience in healthcare-related research, business and government administration supports Dassault Systèmes aim to drive the life sciences industry’s digital transformation. As the industry shifts its focus to personalized medicine and patient-centric experiences, she is responsible for helping companies adopt a new unified approach to scientific innovation by using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to catalyze the next generation of therapeutics.
Claire BIOT began her career as manager of industrial methods at the biopharmaceutical company LFB. Later, she was head of division, health products pricing and reimbursement at the French Ministry of Health. She was then appointed managing director of France’s Health products and Technologies Central Agency (AGEPS), a subsidiary of Greater Paris University Hospitals (AP-HP). Here, she oversaw 500 employees and two sites dedicated to the development of its procurement policy and supply chain, as well as the development and manufacturing of drugs for specific hospital unmet needs.
Claire BIOT graduated from France’s Ecole Polytechnique engineering institute. She later earned a Master of Science degree in life sciences from the Watson School of Biological Sciences in New York, and an engineering degree from the Corps des mines program in Paris. She studied cancer immunotherapy at Institut Pasteur in Paris and graduated with a doctorate in immunology.
Claire BIOT has been an active member of several World Health Organization working groups on health products, has co-authored four publications and was granted a patent in the field of immunotherapy. Additionally, Claire BIOT sits at Mauna Kea Technologies Board of Directors.

He firstly worked on PRODUCT QUALITY and RELIABILITY improvement then focused on ENGINEERING PERFORMANCE and then in LEAN MANUFACTURING and supply chain optimization. Thanks to his strong technical background, in both mechanical and electronic systems and wide MANUFACTURING PROCESSES he works in all product lifecycles, from Innovation up to After Sales Services with experience in Automotive, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, General Industry, Rail, Naval, Luxury, Pharma, Biomedical and Fashion
He leads local and international multidisciplinary projects ensuring the cooperation between business organizations and other World Class Center such as ANALYTICS, IoT, DIGITAL, Innovation and Design defining digital transformation program in the stream of the Industry 4.0

Currently serving as Vice President in Capgemini Invent, leading Lifesciences Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.
Past experience as Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as well as member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee in PLC Spa (renewables) , listed on Borsa Italiana.
Deeply committed to the impact of Diversity & Inclusion, she was President of the InTheBoardroom Alumnae et Alumni Network, re. the executive program sponsored by Valore D for Board Members, and she is also co-founder and member of the Committee of "Donne Leader in Sanità - Leads" a non profit organization supporting women leadership in Healthcare. She conceived and led the creation of the Observatory on Gender Equity in Healthcare Leadership, initially in partnership with Luiss Business School and currently with Università Statale di Milano (UNIMI)
She is also a Board member of the Forum della Meritocrazia , an organization promoting merit based culture and leadership
In her career she has managed several cross-functional projects in Strategy and Digital Transformation, AI, Operations, Business excellence, Merger and Restructuring, Corporate Governance and Internal Control Area.
