Mr. Praveen Mysore is Technical Director at Dassault Systèmes India Private Limited. He has been associated with Dassault Systèmes since 2002. Before joining Dassault Systèmes he was working with Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as Press Tool Designer.

At Dassault Systèmes, he has held various positions starting with Application Engineer, Technical Manager, Brand Sales Director and now Technical Director. He is responsible for engaging with clients across 12 industry verticals on business transformational projects. His main focus is to drive the value engagements with clients to ensure that clients maximize the value of the solution from Dassault Systèmes and benefit from business transformation.

He has worked with many Indian and overseas clients in Asia Pacific region deploying the digital solution for engineering, manufacturing and governance from Dassault Systèmes.

Mr. Praveen holds M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VTU.

Tarik Chaib is a dynamic professional with over 30 years of experience spanning sales, sales management, projects, and management across multiple industries. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes in 1999, Tarik worked at esteemed companies including EADS and Dassault Aviation.

Known for his adaptability and versatility, Tarik excels in diverse environments, effortlessly navigating sales landscapes, project dynamics, and managerial challenges. With a keen ability to grasp both project and business intricacies swiftly, Tarik seamlessly integrates into any setting, driving success through effective communication and swift problem resolution.

His extensive project management experience includes interfacing directly with board-level sponsors, senior engineering management, and stakeholders. Currently, Tarik leads the tech sales team as CATIA CTO at Dassault Systèmes, where his strategic mindset and adeptness at navigating complex environments continue to drive impactful change and deliver tangible results. He is committed to excellence, leaving a lasting legacy of success wherever he goes.

Dhiraj NAHAR graduated in Mechanical Engineering and has been working with DASSAULT SYSTEMES since 2003. He has 17 years of experience in CAD & CAE. At DASSAULT SYSTEMES SIMULIA, Dhiraj has worked in multiple roles such as Customer Support Engineer, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Product Management. In all these years he has worked on developing CAD and simulation tools in our products and has worked with several key customers and strategic partnerships.

Since the beginning of 2019, Dhiraj has been leading a WW team of design & simulation engineers who are responsible to create multi-physics industrial solutions using the DASSAULT SYSTEMES 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Along with his team, he works closely with our WW customers, understands their requirements and deploys our integrated modelling & simulation solutions in their environments, ultimately leading to substantial productivity gains for our customers.

Integrated EV Development from Concept to Certification

3DEXPERIENCE provides an integrated environment to develop electric vehicles from concept to certification. Alok DAS, a seasoned professional with 18 years of diverse experience, co-founded QARGOS, the world's first 2-Wheeler Cargo Platform, announced at 3DXW24 in Dallas, Texas. QARGOS, funded by the Government of Karnataka, has won awards like Elevate 2020-21 and Startup India & Innovation Summit 2023. Alok holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Mechanical from BITS Pilani, with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights Law from the National Law School Bangalore. Prior to QARGOS, he spent 12 years at Eaton Corporation, contributing significantly across various domains. Currently, he focuses on developing a Full-Scale Electric Vehicle Platform. Alok's expertise includes driving over 25 innovations, resulting in 100+ patents globally, spanning problem-solving, market research, business planning, personnel management, technology roadmap development, program management, product design, innovation management, supply chain management, vendor negotiation, Six Sigma, product testing, and quality management system deployment

Dr. Sitarameswara SARMA AKELLA, has been with Mahindra & Mahindra since March 2015, currently working as Senior Vice President, Heading ‘Engineering Analysis & Vehicle Development (Simulation & Testing)’ in Product Development for Auto and Farm sectors at Mahindra Research Valley, Chennai.

Prior to this, he was with Ashok Leyland for 7 years, worked as General Manager – ‘Product Verification and Benchmarking’ in Product Development, Technical Center, Chennai.

In his earlier career, Dr Akella worked with Eaton India Engineering Center – Pune as Engineering Manager for Modeling and Simulation CoE (Center of Excellence), Prior to this, he had also worked with General Electric as Product Specialist in GE Industrial Systems.

Completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Masters in Gas Dynamics from Aerospace Engineering, IIT, Madras and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, IIT, Madras.

He did his Post-Doctoral research at Cranfield University, U.K on Aircraft Icing predictions and anti-icing methods.

He has about 32 years of total experience in the field of CAE simulations & Product Development for Automotive / Industrial.

He has four publications in refereed International journals and several conference papers in the field of Fluid Mechanics / Gas dynamics / Durability analysis / Materials/Combustion. He has guided 2 students so far for Ph.D. in the fields of Combustion and Light Weight Materials

I am Hemant Shivaji Kamble, a seasoned mechanical engineering professional, boasts over two decades of expertise in the automotive industry, specifically in the realm of anti-vibration components.

I have dedicated my career to mastering the intricacies of mitigating vibrations in automobile systems. The wealth of experience encompasses designing, testing, and optimizing anti-vibration parts, contributing significantly to the performance and durability of various automotive models.

Geetha Avula started her career with Dassault Systèmes in 2004 and has been with the company since then. She started as an Applications Engineer and is now the Senior Technical Manager. She has supported many customers in various industry segments on technical support, training, best practices and methodology set up in the usage of the software.

In her current role, she’s responsible for driving initiatives such as Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Cloud solutions, to be able to guide companies on the technology Dassault Systèmes has to offer. Interacting with many Electric Vehicles companies in India and working with the global team she is supporting quite a few clients in the EV space.

She holds a Masters Degree in Computational Mechanics of Materials and Structures from University of Stuttgart, Germany.

Jofeetha has been a part of Dassault Systemes for the last 12 years. In her current role she works predominantly with automotive customer both in four wheeler and two wheeler segments. She also manages a team of experts in multiple physics like structures, fatigue and multibody dynamics. She had also worked with customers from various industries over the past few years helping them establish best practices and new workflows. Her area of interests are mechanics, automation and optimization.

She holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Arnab has a Masters degree in Automotive Engineering. He is associated to DASSAULT SYSTEMES India for the last 6 years where he has managed tech-sales and support initiatives for structural simulation solutions for Pan-India customers. He has an expertise in Linear and Non-linear stress, fatigue and optimization simulations with special focus in ICEs, EVs, Fuel Cells and Electrolyzers.

Anjaneyulu CHILAKAPATI is Industry Process Consultant Specialist in CATIA Technical Sales and a certified level 2 IPC at Dassault Systemes. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering and started his career at Dassault Systemes by working on SFE Concept.

With over 6 years of professional experience, he has expertise in Core mechanical design, 3D parametric modeling techniques, CATIA Composer, AR-VR across various industries. He is also a 3DEXPERIENCE Champion, advocating the platform’s usage, value and its benefits.

In India geo, he works on MODSIM engagements with a strong focus on Lightweight Engineering, Generative Design & Additive Manufacturing.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Ganesh has spent the better part of 15 years working in the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) fields. He has also been the Integral part of business transformation projects in the Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive Industries

Ganesh has been with Dassault Systemes Since 2004, where he has held positions from -Engineer Industrialization R&D in flagship brand like CATIA and DELMIA.

Currently he is serving as a CATIA Industry Consultant Senior Manager, responsible for Design & Engineering with a primary emphasis on Lightweight Engineering-Generative Design, Composites, 3DMaster(MBD), Modeling & Simulation.

Dayanidhi has been a part of SIMULIA for the past 12 years. He is part of the industry team and his areas of technical expertise include SIMULIA on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, Composites, Optimization, and Multi-Body Simulation. He has worked for various T&M and A&D clients such as Bombardier, Tenneco, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, TATA, HERO Motor, HONDA, ISRO, Airbus, CSIR, DRDO Labs, etc. He holds Bachelors's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters's in Thermal Engineering.
