Deepak NG was appointed as Managing Director for Dassault Systèmes India in February 2020. He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011 and carries more than 23 years of experience across different industries. He has driven key transformational projects in various industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-tech, and Government.

In his previous role at Dassault Systèmes, as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he was instrumental to establish new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and by developing industry-based programs for the workforce of the future

Neerav Mehta brings over two decades of deep industry experience across design engineering, project controls, and digitalization in the Oil & gas EPC domain.

His mandate includes the strategic implementation and adoption of an Integrated Project Management and Business Analytics Landscape, enabling the establishment of a Digital Thread for Virtual Twin capabilities, and fostering the widespread adoption of the latest digital technologies to significantly enhance overall operational efficiency across projects.

He received his Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Civil Engineering from SP University and has completed post graduated programs in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and the University of Texas at Austin.

Neerav's insights into combining AI, data science, simulation, and virtual twins for real-time intelligence and enterprise-wide transformation will be a valuable contribution to the forum.

With over 34 years of experience at MSIL, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal is currently leading the Engineering Vertical as Senior Executive Officer (ENGG) at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

Hailing a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT (National Institute of Technology), Kurukshetra, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal has been the part of MSIL Research and Development growth story from inception and is one of key drivers of MSIL Engineering growth over all these years.

He has headed several engineering verticals such as interior & body design, styling design, Electrical, xEV, Connected, new model program management and product strategy.

He is an inspirational leader who is leading one the biggest R&D Centers of India, contributing to the growth of company and working to the benefit of society at large by providing ‘Joy of Mobility’ for all.

He has over 20 years’ experience in digital innovation and services. Since 2017, he has worked closely with the entire Airbus divisions to understand and support the group in its digital transformation with a particular expertise in manufacturing. Prior to working at Dassault Systèmes, he created and owned his own company for 8 years before joining Capgemini as the Business Unit Manager for the Aeronautic Innovation Center in Toulouse.

He has a degree in Industrial Computing Engineering, as well as an Executive Master's degree in Business & Administration from HEC.

Mr. Praveen Mysore is Technical Director at Dassault Systèmes India Private Limited. He has been associated with Dassault Systèmes since 2002. Before joining Dassault Systèmes he was working with Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as Press Tool Designer.

At Dassault Systèmes, he has held various positions starting with Application Engineer, Technical Manager, Brand Sales Director and now Technical Director. He is responsible for engaging with clients across 12 industry verticals on business transformational projects. His main focus is to drive the value engagements with clients to ensure that clients maximize the value of the solution from Dassault Systèmes and benefit from business transformation.

He has worked with many Indian and overseas clients in Asia Pacific region deploying the digital solution for engineering, manufacturing and governance from Dassault Systèmes.

Mr. Praveen holds M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VTU.

Saba Gurusubramanian leads engineering, product, and technology at Virya Autonomous Technologies (part of the Maini Group), where he focuses on building intelligent mobility solutions for people and material movement in controlled environments.

With over 14 years of experience in the automotive and mobility sector-including 12 years in the U.S. leading powertrain, active safety, ADAS, and autonomy programs-Saba has taken multiple systems from concept to production across global OEM platforms. His core expertise lies in systems engineering, with a strong foundation in rapid prototyping, system architecture, functional safety, HW/SW integration, and software-defined vehicle development.

He has led large, cross-functional teams across domains such as sensing, perception, localization, planning, controls, embedded systems, powertrain, UI/UX, and telematics-bridging deep tech with scalable real-world deployment.

Anoop Srikantaswamy is the Founder & CEO of Moonrider, which is an electric tractor technology startup headquartered in Bangalore, India. Anoop has been instrumental in building the company grounds up, raised investments from Tier 1 Institutional VCs in India, attracted talent across India & USA to build world class products from India to the world.

Anoop has been a thought leader in the global automotive and electric vehicle R&D space. In his 15 years of automotive experience he has led large geographically distributed teams across India, USA, Sweden, France & Japan.

Anoop started his career with Toyota (TKM) in India and was on an international assignment to Toyota Motor corporation, Japan where he was part of an elite team called TRD (Toyota racing development). Post the stinct at Toyota, Anoop Joined Volvo Group and spent 8 years with them at various leadership positions. Before he left Volvo, Anoop was located in Gothenburg, Sweden and led teams that developed BEV & FCEV trucks.

Before starting Moonrider, Anoop spent brief period of time at Accenture Strategy building their EV management consulting practice for India market and was also Director of R&D programs at Ola Electric.

He is a mechanical engineer by education and has a specialization in general management from Cornell university, SC Johnson school of business.

Sworup Adhikari has been leading the Loads and Verification department at Yatri Motorcycles for the past two years. He specializes in using SIMPACK to simulate and calculate loads across various motorcycle components.

His expertise extends to Finite Element Analysis (FEA), durability assessments, and correlating simulation results with real-world test data to ensure reliability and performance.

Raman is Managing Director, Pheon AutoTech Pvt Ltd. , responsible for overall operations of the company and its subsidiaries - Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies Pvt Ltd. and Staxx Spears Material Handling Equipment. He was named to the role in September of 2024.

In the last decade, Raman has been instrumental in strengthening Pheon’s position as a leading manufacturer of components for the Off Highway and Construction Equipment Segment focusing on improving Customer Focus and Product development by deploying new technologies and upgrading the overall systems in the companies.

Raman is one of the founders of Pheon and is directly involved in Strategic Initiatives, Human Resource and Finance for the Pheon Group. He has spent a significant part of his career engaging with Global Manufacturers of Agricultural Machinery with roles in Engineering, Marketing and Finance. Raman started his career with Wesco Auto Products, a leading manufacturer of Automotive Electrical Components, as a Product Engineer, moving on to lead the Product Management Team.

Raman grew up in Delhi and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University. He is also a certified Coach focusing of Executive Performance

Mr. Naveen Kumar Choudhary is a seasoned automotive engineering leader with over 22 years of experience driving program leadership and new product development for top OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across India, Europe, and Asia. Currently Head of Design & Program Management at ETE Robotics Systems Pvt. Ltd., he has successfully led multi-customer automation and technology-transfer projects (NGK, MPIL, Sona Comstar) through full life-cycle delivery.

Previously, as Manager of Engineering & Programs at Faurecia Automotive Seats India, he spearheaded seat mechanism developments for VW-SKODA, MSIL, and TATA, and pioneered power and ventilated seat technologies. His earlier roles include leading BIW/trims engineering for Renault-Nissan, deputy managing passive safety and steering at Autoliv India, and onsite senior engineering for seating and safety localization at Renault-Nissan India.

An accomplished Engineering, Design, and Development professional with specialized training and over thirty years of hands-on experience across the entire manufacturing lifecycle - from the sketch board to delivery with DFX and MultiPhysics Computational Mechanics and DFX as cornerstones. His career spans leading roles in Numero Uno OEMs in consumer electronics, heavy commercial vehicles, personal mobility, two-wheelers and power solutions industries.
