Thierry Carlier was appointed as Ambassador of France in Sweden on March 7th 2025. Prior to that, he was the Deputy General Director of the French General Directorate for Armament (DGA) since 2022.

Green Power Sweden is the industry association for large-scale wind, large-scale solar and energy storage in Sweden. Green Power Sweden are a unifying voice for green electricity production and solutions that contribute to a robust and growing Swedish electricity system.

15+ years of experience from the energy industry spanning across renewables, thermal power and energy procurement in companies such as Orsted, RWE and Orkla. Emelie has spent the last five years with OX2 and today heads OX2’s Swedish organization with the goal to become a leading IPP (independent power producer) within renewables.

15+ years of experience in renewables starting at on wind turbine manufacturers side (Alstom and GE) and then at Neoen, 10GW French global IPP, where Laetitia has been opening and developing several markets including Ireland, Finland and now Sweden where >300MW are in full operation and 2GW under development including a few windfarms.

Lars Meløe is a Principal Consultant in DNV with more than 20 years of experience from the IT and energy sector. He has extensive experience within Business Development, Leadership and Strategic Partnership. He has led and implemented Digital Twin solutions driving the digital transformation in the oil and gas industry in Norway. Lars is currently in a lead role for the Digital Trust solution within DNV for the regions Norway and Southern Europe, aiming to build new services and business models to support DNV’s customers in their digital transformation. He has delivered several projects for leading energy companies and worked on collaboration agreements with global technology providers

Hanne Storm Edlefsen brings 13 years+ experience from the energy sector and a strong commitment to drive the green transition in Europe. Hanne has participated from the beginning in developing “hubs and spokes”/”energy islands” and plays a persistent role in realizing the first energy island on Bornholm in Denmark.
