Dr. Lalitha Subramanian is the Global Senior Director of MultiSci™ Virtual Twin Experience and Science Fellow at BIOVIA, Dassault Systèmes, where she leads the strategy for the scientific program focused on solving business-critical industry challenges through the application of virtual twins and generative AI on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from IIT Madras, India and postdoctoral research under Nobel Laureate Prof. Roald Hoffmann at Cornell University, USA, she delivers innovative solutions for industries including beauty & personal care, food & beverage, energy & chemicals, and healthcare across Americas, Europe, and Asia. Leading a multidisciplinary science & engineering team, Dr. Subramanian advances the application of scientific virtual twins to accelerate natural ingredient discovery, sustainable formulations, materials innovation, process optimization, and next-generation product development. Her work has helped industry clients achieve 30–50% improvements in product innovation, faster time-to-market through focused virtual experimentation, energy efficiencies, and more sustainable products and processes. Under her leadership, she and her team have earned innovation awards and client recognition for breakthrough scientific solutions that drive both top- and bottom-line growth for her clients. Her other contributions include patents, books and book chapters, peer-reviewed publications, and invited talks at global conferences, establishing her as a leader in strategic scientific innovation.

Véronique Schwartz-Boishu est Directrice Scientifique du Groupe Rocher, où elle pilote les expertises scientifiques et l’innovation au service d’une beauté naturelle, efficace et durable. Diplômée de l’École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes, elle possède plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans la Recherche, l’Innovation et le Développement cosmétique. Elle a notamment occupé plusieurs fonctions de direction R&D chez L’Oréal, puis a rejoint Coty en tant que Senior Vice President Global R&D Luxe & Asie, où elle a accompagné l’innovation de marques telles que Lancaster, Philosophy et Orveda. Son parcours international et son expertise en science cosmétique en font aujourd’hui une figure reconnue de l’innovation dans le secteur de la beauté.
