How to Get to Farnborough by Rail
Farnborough International is easily accessible by rail, with four nearby train stations:
- Farnborough Main: Served by South Western Railway, this station sits on the main line between London Waterloo, the south coast, and the south west.
- Farnborough North: Served by First Great Western Railway, providing convenient regional connections.
- North Camp: Served by First Great Western Railway, with easy onward travel to the exhibition.
- Aldershot: Served by South Western Railway, with direct services to London Waterloo and Guildford.

Farnborough has a free shuttle bus service running from local train stations; Aldershot, North Camp and Farnborough Main. Please refer to the shuttle bus timetable below.
Free Shuttle Service
The shuttle bus services run continuously throughout the opening hours of the exhibition between the 19 and 24 July to and from the locations below.

There is a free of charge buggy shuttle service operating on a pre-set route circular route around site during the event open days.
If you are travelling from Reading, Guilford or Gatwick, you can disembark at Farnborough North and walk 5 minutes to Farnborough Main Train Station to utilise the free shuttle service.
*Please note that we have airport style security with body scanning and bag searches. ID must be carried on you at all times.
How to Get to Farnborough by Road
Should you decide to travel by car, the Farnborough International Airshow is located just off the M3 (J4) and A31. We advise that you turn off your sat-nav devices when you can see the yellow AA signs or VMS (electronic signage) for "Air Show", and follow them.
Car Parks:
Free car parking is available at Queens Parade with a free shuttle bus service to the show site.

Driving (Off Site Park and Ride)
Farnborough car park is based off-site at Queens Parade (Aldershot, GU11 2JL).
Follow the blue “P” signage to the general car parks
Access via Farnborough Road: ///spider.foam.along
Access via Queens Avenue: ///stress.speaks.rings
You then have 3 options from Queens Parade:
- Shuttle bus to main entrance: Gate B: A shuttle bus will drop you off at the main entrance where you will be dropped off at Gate B and go through security*.Please see shuttle bus timetable below
- Shuttle bus to Hall 4: At Queens Parade, you will go through a security search* and then be dropped off at Hall 4 (by car park 8). Please see shuttle bus timetable below
- Walking from Queens Parade to Gate B: You can walk from Queens Parade if you do not want to get on the shuttle bus. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk to Gate B. The walking route will be clearly signposted and managed for your safety. Please follow the designated route at all times and avoid walking along unmarked or vehicle access roads. Sticking to the official route ensures your safety and helps us maintain smooth traffic and pedestrian flow during the event
Disabled Parking
If you are arriving by car, free Blue Badge parking is available on site in Car Park 6 via Gate F. Please ensure you display your Blue Badge in your car and follow the AA signage to Gate F. The traffic marshals will direct you to dedicated Blue Badge parking. Assistance from Car Park 6 to the main show site is offered by Community First, our show mobility partner.
If you require accessible parking but do not have a Blue Badge, please tell us about your accessibility needs at least 48 hours in advance of your attendance.
Taxi:
RUSHMOOR BOROUGH TAXI RANK
See below to view the site map with the location of the Rushmoor Borough Taxi Rank highlighted. This rank is operated by the local council and only labelled local taxis can drop off passengers and attendees can hail a taxi (you cannot pre-book a taxi to this taxi rank). A pedestrian walking route is defined from the taxi rank, through Gate A, and into the show site.

TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINT
Those arriving by pre-booked taxis and minicabs, taxis from outside the borough, Uber etc, will be directed to the drop-off / pick up zone at Queens Parade and take the free shuttle bus service to Gate B or Hall 4.
IMPORTANT: Please do not arrange for a taxi to collect you at any other gate / location. There are traffic orders in place and police or traffic marshals will move the vehicle on and the driver may lose their licence.

How to Get to Farnborough by Air
London Heathrow is a 30-minute drive from Farnborough. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus from Heathrow to Woking Train Station where visitors can transfer to Farnborough Main by train in just 10 minutes. Please visit Heathrow Airport website for more details.
London Gatwick is a 50-minute drive from Farnborough or alternatively 50 minutes by train from Gatwick to North Camp from where it is a 10-minute taxi ride to the venue. Please visit Gatwick Airport website for more details.
