Marc Brosig

Marc Brosig
Marc Brosig has an impressive career spanning over 35 years in the automotive industry. He began his professional journey in 1986 with an apprenticeship as an Energy Systems Electronics Technician at Wilhelm Karmann GmbH, where he advanced through various roles, ultimately becoming a Robotics Simulation Designer.
Since 2005, he has been with Audi AG, initially taking on various positions within automation technology and production planning. Over time, he assumed leadership roles in strategically significant areas such as component automation and digitalization. From 2015 to 2019, Marc Brosig held senior management positions at the Volkswagen brand, first as Head of Systems Engineering and later overseeing the Automation Engineering division.
Currently, he leads Business Services Digitalization in Production and Logistics at Audi AG, driving forward digital transformation initiatives in production and logistics and playing a key role in shaping the industry's transition towards intelligent, connected value chains.

Dr. Darko Sucic

Dr. Darko Sucic
Dr. Darko Sucic leads the VW Program, driving 3DEXPERIENCE adoption across all business domains. He ensures the timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery of projects.
As a member of Dassault Systèmes' Central Europe management board, Darko advises clients on business transformation and drives value creation. He leads an international team of IT sales professionals, business consultants, and solution architects, delivering solutions in engineering, product design, lifecycle management, manufacturing, and simulation.
Previously, Darko headed the DELMIA Centre of Excellence, managing technical activities related to manufacturing across all markets. He was also responsible for several strategic customers, influencing the future of DELMIA solutions. In this role, he led implementation projects in various industries, focusing on smart factory technologies.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Darko was a senior researcher at the University of Stuttgart's Institute for Nuclear Energy and Energy Systems, specializing in digital models and simulation of complex systems. With over 22 years in engineering, Dr. SUCIC has worked globally to implement lean processes, reduce costs, and optimize supply chains.
Dr. SUCIC holds a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

Julia Gerth

Julia Gerth
Julia Gerth has been part of Dassault Systèmes since 2019. As DELMIA Sales Manager in Eurocentral, she supports customers in the manufacturing and supply chain industries to efficiently plan, manage, optimize and execute their operations. Previously, she worked as a Client Executive in the BMW Global Account Team, with a focus on Manufacturing, Digital Factory and Supply Chain. Before working at Dassault Systèmes, Julia Gerth worked as an account manager at Bentley Systems for several years, helping her customers with the challenges of current infrastructure projects.

Erich Timons

Erich Timons
Erich has been working in various management positions at ISCAR Germany GmbH for 20 years and now has 40 years of experience in the metalworking industry. He is responsible for product management, design, production and the process department on the management board. His focus is on working with customers and partners to increase their productivity and profitability.

Björn Manderbach

Björn Manderbach
Björn leads the team of Industry Process Consultants of the DELMIA brand at Dassault Systèmes in Central Europe. As an expert in Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations Management and Supply Chain Planning & Operations, he has over 20 years of experience in consulting and selling Dassault Systèmes solutions to manufacturing companies in various industries. His focus is on advising how Dassault Systèmes creates added value with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as a link between the virtual and real worlds of manufacturing.

Paweł Mierzwa

Paweł Mierzwa
Paweł is a co-founder responsible for sales and marketing at Andea. In this role, Paweł leads the company’s marketing strategy, partner relations and works with Andea’s global clients to help ensure they maximize their manufacturing technology investments. He has over two decades of enterprise sales experience working for MES, ERP, and BI software companies. Before joining Andea, Paweł worked for Apriso (now part of Dassault Systèmes) and MicroStrategy. Paweł received his bachelor’s degree in financial management from California State University, Long Beach

Tomasz Nowogorski

Tomasz is the IT Director at Tokai COBEX, bringing 18 years of experience in the carbon and graphite industry, complemented by 13 years of expertise in software development. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Jörg Schwenk

Jörg Schwenk
Jörg Schwenk graduated as an electronics engineer from the Engineering School for Electrical Engineering and Ceramics in Hermsdorf/Thüringen and completed a second degree as a computer scientist (FH) specializing in general computer science at the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences. Prior to joining SCHWINDT in 2012, he headed a specialist group in the central IT department of a Tier 1 automotive supplier for several years, which provided technical support and further developed the engineering systems at all global locations. He was also a member of the IT Change Management Advisory Board and a member of the IT architecture management team.

Sven Bertelmann

Sven Bertelmann
Sven Bertelmann is an Application Developer at CLAAS, specializing in Piping & Tubing Part and 3D Design, Piping & Tubing Systems Design, Electrical Design, DELMIA Prismatic Machining, and Cutting Tool Design. His core responsibilities include application development, consulting, and the creation of CATIA templates and automation solutions to support engineering and manufacturing processes at CLAAS.

Dirk Bach

Dirk Bach
Dirk Bach holds a degree in Physical Engineering and began his career in the automotive supply industry. Through extended assignments in France, the United States, and China, he gained comprehensive insights into the global market and its dynamics. These international experiences also provided him with a deep understanding of data-driven processes within production-related areas and the critical importance of early and intensive collaboration—following the principle: "the earlier, the better."
As Managing Director of EBZ Engineering, he is responsible for 310 employees across seven locations in Germany, Poland, Hungary, and India. Under his leadership, the company drives innovation in all areas of the digital factory within automotive manufacturing. A strong focus lies on increasing automation in tooling and equipment development, including the in-house development of AI-based solutions.

Maximilian Mühling

Maximilian Mühling
Maximilian Mühling works at Dassault Systèmes in the field of production digitalization and specializes in the technical sales of MES systems. He develops concepts for digital transformation in manufacturing, aiming to increase value for customers. Particularly in the discrete manufacturing sector, he has successfully implemented numerous projects to make production processes more efficient and flexible.

Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Michael Scholz gained a lot of experience in manufacturing software sales and worked in different locations (Germany, Italy, USA).

He has been with Dassault Systèmes for over eight years and currently serves as a DELMIA Sales Expert for the EuroCentral region. In this role, he helps global clients model, optimize, and enhance their manufacturing processes while identifying sustainable growth opportunities.
Previously, he held various positions within the company, including DELMIA Industry Process Consultant and Solution Architect. With his expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, he enables businesses to achieve visibility, control, and synchronization across their entire manufacturing operations.

Dominique Galmel

Dominique Galmel
Dominique began his career in 1989 as a software developer and application engineer for a small company developing automated software for 2- to 5-axis CNC machine programming.
In 2001, Dominique joined Dassault Systèmes as a member of the manufacturing brand DELMIA, where he was responsible for automotive powertrain manufacturing process solutions. He then transitioned to the role of Aerospace Industry Consultant, defining new solutions for aircraft manufacturing in collaboration with an aerospace OEM.
In 2010, Dominique began working in the industrial equipment industry- including industrial machinery, construction and heavy mobile machines, fabricated metal products, and tire manufacturing segments- as a consultant tasked with defining a supply chain solution for a major tire manufacturer.
He later became responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, and operations management solutions for Dassault Systèmes’ Industrial Equipment industry.
More recently, he led the heavy mobile machinery and equipment segment within the Industrial Equipment industry.
Since September 2022, Dominique has been leading the DELMIA Fabrication portfolio, which includes NC machine and additive manufacturing programming.

Frank Gugenberger

Frank Gugenberger
Frank joined Dassault Systèmes over 20 years ago, around the time the DELMIA brand was founded. He began his career as a software developer and later held roles as a Product Manager and Solution Consultant for many years. Now back in the R&D team, he is responsible for products related to Manufacturing Item (BOM) definition, Process Planning, and Process Upstream Quality (P-FMEA) for discrete manufacturing within the DELMIA R&D Portfolio team.
In this role, Frank serves as an advisor to distributed development teams and acts as a key point of contact for Industry Process Consultants who work directly with clients from various sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, Shipbuilding, and Construction.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Frank studied Physics at the former University of Karlsruhe and the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, which later merged to become the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). His academic work focused on experimental solid-state physics, particularly high-temperature superconductors and other fascinating materials such as fullerites.
Frank is based in Stuttgart, where he lives with his family.

I am an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, specializing in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Lean Manufacturing. I lead the MOM portfolio, helping customers leverage digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, I held academic positions at several universities, where I taught Manufacturing Operations Management and Lean Manufacturing to undergraduate students. Over the past six years, I’ve worked closely with manufacturers across various industries in central European region, gaining firsthand insight into their operational challenges.
In my current role, I advise clients on how to address these challenges using our MOM solutions, with a focus on improving performance, enabling innovation, and building sustainable competitive advantage.

Miłosz MAJTA is a DELMIA R&D Portfolio Director based in Kraków, Poland. He has over 20 years of experience in requirements analysis, design and implementation of manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.
In his current position, Miłosz MAJTA is responsible for managing the DELMIA Operations Management portfolio of products helping global manufacturers to achieve better visibility into, control over and synchronization across manufacturing operations. Miłosz MAJTA holds a Master of Automatic Control and Robotics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland.

From 2001 to 2011, he held various positions in Group Marketing and Group IT at Volkswagen AG. He then served as CIO of Volkswagen Group of America (2011–2015), followed by a role as Director of Infrastructure Services at SEAT S.A. (2015–2016). From 2017 to 2022, he was Director of Operations for Mobile Online Services at Volkswagen AG and later at Cariad SE. Since 2023, he has led Group Technology Digital Solutions at Volkswagen AG.

Iheb Bouariche is an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, in the world wide DELMIA organization.
