Each slot will be around 15 minutes, providing time for a personalized conversation about our company, culture, and any questions you may have.

Lea is a young professional who studied International Business Development at the ESB Business School and obtained her master's degree in 2021. After completing her education, Lea started her career in Partner Marketing at Bechtle Clouds. In September 2022, Lea transitioned into the role of a Talent Acquisition Partner at Dassault Systèmes. Lea is passionate about employer branding and enjoys using her skills to attract and retain top talent for Dassault Systèmes.

Eva holds a degree in Business Psychology with a specialization in personnel management, recruitment, and organizational development. She joined 3DS in April 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Eva's responsibilities include managing the recruitment process for various professional groups, such as R&D, Services, Corporate Functions, and Sales. She is skilled in full life cycle recruiting, active sourcing, candidate experience.

Svenja has worked for Dassault Systèmes for the past four years, starting out as a Marketing Communications, Event and Digital Marketing Specialist in Tokyo, Japan. In 2021, Svenja moved back to her home country of Germany and continued her work with Dassault Systèmes as an Event and Program Marketing Specialist in Stuttgart. She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that engage and support Dassault Systèmes' customers, helping them achieve their business objectives with the company's solutions.

Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Since October 2022, Pamela has been working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Dassault Systèmes in Munich. She is the UNDERGRADUATES & JUNIOR EXPERIENCE Global Project Manager.

Julian Wirkner
Julian is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Smart Factory - Industrie 4.0 at Hochschule Esslingen. In December 2022, Julian also started working as a Manufacturing Operations Management working student at Dassault Systèmes in Stuttgart. His responsibilities include managing and optimizing the production processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing industry.
