Thomas Balle

THOMAS BALLE is the CATIA DESIGN Industry Process Team Leader Worldwide in the CATIA Brand organization. As such, he is leading a team of CATIA experts focusing on Visualization, Concept and Class A Surface modeling. After graduating as an Industrial Designer (FH) from the HFG Gmuend, Germany, in 1999, he honed his skills as a consultant in various positions at system integrators and service providers in the Automotive Industry. In 2006, he joined ICEM GmbH to focus more on creative design and Class A surface modeling. Soon after, he joined Dassault Systèmes as part of the ICEM acquisition in 2007. As a trusted advisor, he has been involved in countless projects for major customers in various industries all over the globe, promoting the value of CATIA Creative Solutions. For Thomas, Industrial Design in the 21st century is about a holistic approach to reach the perfect consumer experience. Out of this conviction, Thomas avidly supports the Design Thinking method and advocates for a tighter and deeper integration of Industrial Design and Engineering to improve consumer experiences and sustainability.

Daniel Pyzak

Daniel PYZAK graduated in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 38 years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM. After technical support and product management positions in various CAD/CAM companies (Cisi, Cisigraph, Matra Datavision), he joined Dassault Systèmes Provence in 1999 to manage the Competency Center. The main activities of DSP Competency Center are around tooling, machining, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping/additive manufacturing and data exchanges.
Ten years later, he became responsible for different CATIA technical teams inside EMEAR (Design, Engineering). Since January 2020, he has been managing the worldwide CATIA Mechanical Industry Process Success organization with a strong focus on Lightweight Engineering: Generative Design, Composites, Mold & Die, Additive Manufacturing, Modeling & Simulation

Michael Adrian

Michael Adrian is a Technical Sales Specialist in the CATIA Design IPS Team. He started his professional career in Virtual Reality technologies in the 1990s after studying Philosophy and Linguistics.
His expertise includes 3D data conversion and preparation for real-time rendering, immersive processes and technologies in industrial review applications, multi-user environments for collaborative design reviews and more.
Today, Michael is supporting our customers and partners as a technical sales consultant.

Julien Lachichi

Julien Lachichi is a Class A expert within the IPS teams at Dassault Systèmes, where he has been contributing for the past several years. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, he spent many years as a Class A manager in the automotive industry. Currently, he is responsible for promoting applications dedicated to modeling and Class A standards.

Thomas Olesen

With 31 years of experience in various PLM-oriented domains developing and designing solutions and products for the future, Thomas has led many diverse teams to execute strategies for implementing new systems, methods, processes and tools.
This development gives Engineers more time to innovate and solve problems while improving the company's overall capability, quality and efficiency.

Zvezdan Pavicevic

Zvezdan Pavicevic has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, where he spent 10 years as a consultant, including 7 years specializing in automotive engineering and method development. For the past 18 years, he has been with Dassault Systèmes, holding various roles across the organization. Currently, he leads the Transportation & Mobility Industry Process Consultant Team for EuroNorth, a position he has held for the last two years.
