Pierre Marchadier has been Vice President in charge of Value Engagement, Industry Consultant since January 2017.

His main mission is to define and implement and lead the transformation of Dassault Systèmes technical teams around the world, involved in projects with key industry customers and Innovation Leaders.

He joined Dassault Systèmes in May 2009. Following two years as Vice President Aerospace & Defense, Pierre Marchadier was appointed to lead the Global Industry Development which is responsible for promoting exchanges between Dassault Systèmes and its partners and customers across 12 industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Business Services, Construction, Consumer Goods, Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy, High-Tech, Industrial Equipment, Life Sciences, and Shipbuilding). In January 2012, Pierre Marchadier was appointed head of Corporate Communications, Events, Industry Analysts Relations and Digital.

Then he became head of Organization and Operations Marketing WW.

Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Pierre Marchadier was Director of Technology Development and Innovation at Chanel Fragrances and Beauty for twelve years.

Prior to this position, Pierre was a member of the external affairs team at the French National Defense and Security department (SGDN) reporting to Prime Minister.

A qualified flight crew officer (Colonel), Pierre Marchadier began his career as Pilot (+3300hrs) and Engineer in complex systems of systems.

Pierre Marchadier holds a second engineering master degree in biochemistry as well as numerous aeronautical certificates and licenses.

Dr. Gan WANG spent almost three decades in the aerospace and defense industry where he started as a programmer and control systems engineer, and later turned into a systems engineer. His current areas of interest span MBSE, Digital Engineering (DE), systems engineering lifecycle processes, architecture, cost estimating and analysis, and decision support methods.

Shaun is Shoal’s Chief Executive Officer and Founder, working closely with clients to scope projects and new opportunities. He has led a range of technology initiatives including development of the first in-service Unmanned Aerial System for the Australian Army, early development of broadband communications capability for Antarctica using small satellites (Antarctic Broadband) , and practical implementation of model-based design approaches for large, complex military systems (since used for major defence programs). Growing ideas into businesses, Shaun has ‘spun out’ a number of businesses from Shoal, including a US-based quantum computing and data analytics firm, since acquired by Rigetti Computing. Also a practicing systems engineer, Shaun experience spans from aerospace and defence to mining, leisure sports and data analytics. Shaun sits on a range of company boards, holds multiple degrees, and is published in several technical fields.

Dr. Quoc Do is a ONE KBR Technical Fellow, Principal Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, and Systems Engineering Director, Submarine Rotational Force West – Priority Works. He was the Technical Governance Manager of the Submarine Systems Engineering executive directorate within Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG). He is an expert in digital engineering, model-based systems engineering, defence architecture frameworks, governance, and assurance.

He is a Fellow (FIEAust) and Chartered Systems Engineer (CPEng) of Engineers Australia and is well respected within the defence and commercial sectors. He is also a nationally and internationally recognised systems engineering leader, qualified as a DSS (Defence Support Service) Level 5 Pre-eminent Consultant in three categories (Systems Engineering, Capability Definition Documentation, and Systems Architecture and Integration), and inducted by the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Leadership Institute.

Dr. Do has made significant contributions to the systems engineering profession through various leadership roles, including current Asia-Oceania Sector Director of INCOSE, past president of the INCOSE Australia Chapter, past president of the Systems Engineering Society of Australia (SESA), former Associated Director for Technical Review of INCOSE, and founding Chair of the INCOSE international Model-Based Conceptual Design (MBCD) Working Group.

Dr Andrew Flahive joined the Australian Department of Defence in 2007 as a scientist with the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) in Canberra. His early career focused on system-of-systems design, model-based systems engineering, coalition experimentation, defence systems integration, and architectural design.

In 2017, Dr Flahive took up a leadership role within the C4 Design Directorate in the Vice Chief of the Defence Force (VCDF) Group. Since then, he has applied his scientific and technical expertise to support Defence in understanding, designing, and guiding senior decision-makers to optimise Joint Force interoperability across the Australian Defence Force.

Dr Flahive is an early adopter and strong advocate of Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering in Defence. He currently leads a team that has developed one of the largest - if not the largest – models of the integrated Joint Force, which underpins the development of top down Joint Force integration requirements for all C4-related projects and programs. This model is positioned upstream within the CASG Digital Engineering ecosystem and plays a critical role in enabling the design and assurance of the Joint Force.

Dr Flahive holds a Doctorate in Computer Science, as well as Bachelor degrees in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science.

Glenn Kennedy is the Executive Director of Policy and Strategy in the Joint Command Control, Computers and Communications (JC4) branch. He is responsible for the Program Management Office (PMO) which provide strategic guidance and programmatic assistance to the Director General JC4 (DG JC4.) On a daily basis the PMO is responsible for the provision of a the Budget Estimates, Additional Estimates, Sustainment Review, Risk and Budget governance processes as well as strategic reporting requirements. Glenn is responsible for the introduction of Digital Engineering (DE) into the JC4 program, and represents the Head of Space and Cyber Capability and Joint Capabilities Group on DE.

Glenn is currently the acting Director General, Joint C4.

Daniel Christie is a Senior Technology and Engineering Executive, and Guided Weapon Specialist, with over 30 years of experience. Daniel has worked across the Department of Defence, small-to-medium enterprises, large manufacturing/process industries and academia.

Chris Olorenshaw is a Senior Engineer and Systems Engineering specialist with 10 years of experience working in Defence Primes, and Capability delivery organisations within industry. Chris is an emerging technical leader who has held senior technical positions in the development of mission-critical products and integrated weapons systems.

Anthony (Tony) Rawlins joined KBR as Senior Director Strategy in March 2025, following 39 years of service in the Australian Defence Force. He has Bachelors degrees in Arts and Law, and Masters degrees in Arts, Defence Studies and Management.

Tony began his career with the Australian Army in 1986, progressing through the wider Defence organisation in a number of key command, staff and representational appointments. As a Cavalry Officer in the Army, he commanded at all levels culminating in his role as Commander of the 7th Combat Brigade. He has deployed on coalition operations to Iraq and Afghanistan and participated in United Nations Peacekeeping missions in the Middle East.

In his most recent strategic appointments, Tony spent three years as Deputy Chief of the Australian Army and then three years as Head of Force Design, within the Vice Chief of Defence Force Group. As Head of Force Design, he led the development of the 2024 Integrated Investment Plan for Defence, the capability acquisition plan to implement government direction following the 2023 Defence Strategic Review and the 2024 National Defence Strategy.

Tony was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in the 2024 Australia Day Honours list for distinguished service in these roles.

Rob Starbuck joined Nova Systems from the RAAF in 2006. He has provided services to major maritime programs as a risk manager and systems engineer, both above and below the line. Rob is a Principal Systems Engineer and is Nova's Systems Integration Capability Lead, following 4 years leading Nova's Digital Engineering Capability investment. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, and holds a Master of Science in IT as well as a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Systems Engineering).

Michael Ninness co-founded Kompozition in 2019 after identifying a critical gap in how complex systems are described: the absence of the human, and in Defence terms, the Warfighter or the Operator. Kompozition's Digital Mission Engineering (DME) platform addresses that gap, putting mission context at the centre of systems design and assurance.

Michael brings more than two decades of enterprise technology sales and delivery experience across industry and the Federal Government. He was previously a co-founder of xAmplify, a leading Australian systems integrator, where he helped grow the business to the point of securing a minority investment from Macquarie Private Capital, a milestone reflecting its strength and standing in the Defence and government markets.

Most recently, Michael and the Kompozition team announced the establishment of Kompozition USA, driven by growing interest from US academic institutions, Defence industry, and the Department of War.

Prashanth Mysore is a seasoned digital acceleration and Industrial AI strategist with over 25 years of global experience, having worked across more than 30 countries. He brings deep expertise in Digital Transformation, Industrial AI, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting across diverse industrial sectors including Mining & Metals, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Mobility, and Industrial Equipment Manufacturing.

As the Global Strategic Business Development Senior Director at Dassault Systèmes, Prashanth leads initiatives in Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations Management, and Supply Chain solutions.
