In his current role, he combines expertise in manufacturing technologies with advanced digital tools, focusing on the use of virtual environments to improve production planning, process optimization, and manufacturing efficiency

Roman Lisičan is a co-owner and CEO of TECHNODAT. He brings more than 30 years of international experience in technology, innovation and team leadership. He combines technical expertise with business strategy to support the digital transformation of industrial companies. He is the founder of 3DX Alliance, which brings together leading Dassault Systèmes partners across Europe.

Ing. Josef Svoboda is the CEO and Managing Director of DYTRON s.r.o., where he has been working for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in industrial digitalization, PLM, and the implementation of modern technology solutions for manufacturing companies.

In his current role, he focuses on the company’s strategic development, digital transformation of industry, and the application of Dassault Systèmes technologies, particularly the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, to improve business efficiency and competitiveness.

Radim Ptáček is Technical Director at TECHNODAT, where he leads a team providing implementation, development, training and technical support services for Dassault Systèmes solutions.

During his more than nine years with the company, he has progressed from a DELMIA Robotics specialist role through business development to leading the technical team. He applies his expertise in digital manufacturing, automation and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to address the practical needs of industrial companies.
