Dries Dictus

Dries Dictus
Dries Dictus is working at imec as portfolio director in the compute system scaling group. In this function he's responsible for Imec's research portfolio around AI for semiconductor applications and fab digital twins. Dries has almost 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a PhD in plasma processing obtained at imec after which he pursued a career at Lam Research. There, he worked on a variety of process technologies for logic, memory and 3D stacking applications, and later moved back to Imec to lead Imec's internal innovation program. Recently, Dries became the portfolio lead for R&D programs around system technology co-optimization and AI for semiconductor manufacturing improvement.

Marcelo Ackermann

Marcelo Ackermann
Marcelo Ackermann is the chair of the Industry Focus Group – X-ray and EUV (XUV) Optics at the MESA+ institute of University of Twente. He obtained his PhD in physics (cum laude) in 2007 on a shared research project between Leiden University and the ESRF synchrotron in Grenoble. After that held different leading positions in industrial research for the development of X-ray, visible and IR optics for companies like Cosine Research, Helbling Technik, SCHOTT Advanced Optics and ASML.
In 2020 he re-joined academic research as full professor in the XUV optics group, focusing on the development of next generation X-ray and EUV optics in collaboration with industrial partners like Zeiss SMT, ASML and Malvern Panalytical.

Stéphane Sireau

Stéphane Sireau
Stéphane Sireau is Vice President, High-Tech Industry, at Dassault Systèmes, helping high-tech companies on their digital transformation journey, leveraging virtual twin experiences enabled by the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform.
Stéphane Sireau has over 20 years’ experience working in the high-tech space. Based in Silicon Valley, he led the launch in 2016 of GE Digital’s alliance program in Europe to create new cloud-based industrial IOT solutions. In 2012 he co-founded Orange Mobile Enterprise, Orange’s business unit dedicated to mobility and IOT solutions.
As a globally minded executive, Stéphane has lived and worked in the USA, Europe and Asia. In 2009 Stéphane set up Orange Institute, a global think-tank dedicated to digital innovation. Prior to that, he worked 4 years in China where he pioneered Orange’s supply chain management in Asia, including its first program of sustainability audits.
In his latest role, Stéphane worked at DNV, one of the world’s leading assurance companies, where he led global sales of digital assurance, sustainability and supply chain solutions.
Stéphane is a British-French dual national and lives in the Paris region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is a graduate of ICADE-ICAI (Spain). He received an Executive MBA with distinction from INSEAD and Tsinghua University (China) in 2009.

Thomas has over 25 years experience from the High Tech, Semiconductor and Manufacturing industries and has held several Senior Executive positions in these industries for companies such as Mycronic, HANZA and Dassault Systèmes.

Manuel Rei

Manuel Rei
Manuel Rei is an accomplished professional with over 39 years of experience in the semiconductor, high-tech and automotive industries, including relocations in South Korea and USA for the deployment of Dassault Systèmes solutions within Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics and IBM hardware divisions.
Based in Vélizy - France, he currently serves as Semiconductor Industry Solution Experience Director at Dassault Systèmes.
He leads the High Performance Semiconductor Industry Solution Experience, leveraging virtual twins to turn semiconductor complexity into business profitability, and deployed at customers such as NXP, Broadcom, Samsung Electronics and STMicroelectronics, among others.
