Business France là cơ quan thuộc chính phủ Pháp, có nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp Pháp trong hoạt động kinh doanh quốc tế. Sứ mệnh trọng tâm của Business France là tạo ra các cơ hội kinh doanh, hoạt động kinh tế và việc làm. Business France đồng hành lâu dài cùng các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ (SME) và doanh nghiệp quy mô trung bình (ETI) của Pháp trong quá trình thâm nhập và phát triển tại các thị trường quốc tế; quảng bá các ngành thế mạnh của Pháp và các ngành công nghiệp hướng tới tương lai; đồng thời nâng cao sức hấp dẫn của Pháp đối với các nhà đầu tư và nhân tài quốc tế. Cơ quan này cũng quản lý Chương trình V.I.E (nhân tài trẻ tại doanh nghiệp quốc tế), đưa các nhân sự trẻ Pháp và châu Âu ra nước ngoài làm việc.

Thông qua mạng lưới tại Pháp và ở hải ngoại, Business France kết nối các doanh nhân và nhà đầu tư với chuyên môn, đối tác và cơ hội mà họ cần. Các đội ngũ của Business France tập trung:

• Hỗ trợ sự phát triển quốc tế bền vững của các doanh nghiệp Pháp, đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp nhỏ, vừa và trung bình.
• Quảng bá thế mạnh, đổi mới sáng tạo và các ngành công nghiệp tương lai của Pháp.
• Phát triển chương trình V.I.E như một cầu nối giữa các doanh nghiệp Pháp và nhân tài trẻ quốc tế.
• Thu hút và tạo thuận lợi cho các dự án đầu tư nước ngoài tạo ra giá trị và việc làm tại Pháp.
• Quảng bá nước Pháp, các doanh nghiệp và các vùng lãnh thổ của Pháp như một điểm đến hấp dẫn cho kinh doanh và đầu tư.

Với 1.400 nhân viên tại Pháp và 53 quốc gia, Business France kết hợp chuyên môn tại chỗ với mạng lưới quốc tế rộng khắp. Trung bình mỗi năm, hoạt động của Business France gián tiếp tạo ra khoảng 3 tỷ EUR doanh thu xuất khẩu bổ sung cho các doanh nghiệp nhỏ, vừa và trung bình Pháp, tương đương hơn 25.000 việc làm được tạo ra hoặc duy trì. Năm 2025, Business France đã tư vấn 60% trong tổng số 1.878 quyết định đầu tư nước ngoài tại Pháp, tương ứng với 35.500 việc làm được tạo ra hoặc duy trì.

Tại Việt Nam, Business France hoạt động thông qua 2 văn phòng đặt tại Đại sứ quán tại Hà Nội và Tổng lãnh sự quán tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Đội ngũ Business France hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp Pháp phát triển tại thị trường Việt Nam, thúc đẩy kết nối giữa các chủ thể kinh doanh Pháp và Việt Nam, đồng thời góp phần tăng cường trao đổi thương mại song phương.
