Having acquired an extensive experience in strategy and technology innovation management with investment banks and consultancy firms, Pascal DALOZ joined Dassault Systèmes in 2001 as Vice President Research, Strategy and Market development. He became Vice President, Strategy and Business Development (2003), Executive Vice President, Strategy and Marketing (2007), then Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Market Development (2010), and then Executive Vice President, Brands and Corporate Development (2014). In 2018, DALOZ became head of corporate Finance and Strategy.

As Deputy CEO & Chief Operating Officer, his role was to orchestrate the transformation of all strategic functions, with the aim for Dassault Systèmes to become the world leader in three key sectors of the economy: Manufacturing Industries, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Infrastructure & Cities.

With the firm belief that disruptive technology and social evolution cannot be approached as distinct entities, DALOZ has made a key contribution to Dassault Systèmes’ policy of pioneering new sectors, especially in life sciences and healthcare, resulting in the unique market coverage it has achieved today. With his ability to embrace future trends and bring together the most original talents, he takes a multidisciplinary approach to the company’s development, combining operational knowledge, technological expertise and an astute acquisition strategy.

DALOZ has been a member of the Board of Directors of Dassault Systèmes since 2020. He serves as Chairman of MEDIDATA, world leader in clinical trials, and of 3DS OUTSCALE, the cloud services company founded by Dassault Systèmes. He represents the company to the Creative Industry initiative supported by the French government.

Deepak NG was appointed as Managing Director for Dassault Systèmes India in February 2020. He joined Dassault Systèmes in 2011 and carries more than 23 years of experience across different industries. He has driven key transformational projects in various industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-tech, and Government.

In his previous role at Dassault Systèmes, as Director of Global Affairs and Innovative Business Development, he was instrumental to establish new partnerships by engaging in smart city projects and by developing industry-based programs for the workforce of the future.

Mr. Praveen MYSORE is Technical Director at Dassault Systèmes India Private Limited. He has been associated with Dassault Systèmes since 2002. Before joining Dassault Systèmes he was working with Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai as Press Tool Designer.

At Dassault Systèmes, he has held various positions starting with Application Engineer, Technical Manager, Brand Sales Director and now Technical Director. He is responsible for engaging with clients across 12 industry verticals on business transformational projects. His main focus is to drive the value engagements with clients to ensure that clients maximize the value of the solution from Dassault Systèmes and benefit from business transformation.

He has worked with many Indian and overseas clients in Asia Pacific region deploying the digital solution for engineering, manufacturing and governance from Dassault Systèmes.

Mr. Praveen holds M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VTU.

Saugata TRIBEDI completed M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering in 2004 from IIT Kharagpur. He Joined DRDO in September 2004. Currently, he is heading the airframe division.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Low and High speed UAV Design and Development. He has expertise in Structural Design, Analysis, Composite Materials, Digital Mockup & Configuration Management, Manufacturing & Assembly, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and End to end new product development. He has worked for various futuristic UAV programs. He is involved in several technology development activities like Serpentine air intake, composite bulkhead development, self sealing fuel tank, bird impact analysis and testing, Fluid-Structure interaction for internal Payload bay, Aeroelasticity, Automated post flight data analysis using AI-ML. He is the chief structural designer for the design and development of the UAV airframe. He is a certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from the American Society of Quality (ASQ)

He has been instrumental in the implementation of PLM within ADE and developed a digital transformation path through Digital Mockup, Model Based Definition (MBD) , MBSE, Design for manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) and Digital Manufacturing.

He delivered several talks at conferences and academic institutes. He has on international journal paper and more than 10 conference papers.

He received the Best Lab Scientist Award 2016 and the National Science Day Award 2022.

With over 24 years of experience in the civil & structural engineering space, Neerav MEHTA is currently the Jt. General Manager, Digitalization, L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited. He has led Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation Program (EPSILON) - Covering entire EPCC Value chain, has 17+ years of experience in EPC and EPCM Projects in areas of Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemicals fields. He has been responsible for the technical review of key engineering deliverables, man power planning and monitoring, cost/quantity and schedule monitoring, interfacing with construction team, vendors and other engineering disciplines and has represented civil teams for 3D model, HSE, constructability and design reviews.

Mr Neerav MEHTA has significant experience to work with multi-cultural teams for various International & Domestic Projects. He received his Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Civil Engineering from Sardar Patel University and has completed post graduated programs in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and the University of Texas at Austin.

Elisa PRISNER joined Dassault Systèmes’ Executive Committee in 2022 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Platform Transformation. Since 2025, she is also responsible for Industry, Marketing & Sustainability.

As part of her Corporate Strategy & Platform Transformation role, Elisa translates Dassault Systèmes’ vision into a unique strategic positioning (encompassing corporate strategy, brand portfolio and marketing strategies) that reveals the power of the virtual world. She also designs the company’s transformation process to achieve its strategic ambition, thus aiming to support customers across three key sectors - Manufacturing Industries, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Infrastructure and Cities - to leverage 3D UNIV+RSES and embrace the Generative Economy.

Heading the Industry, Marketing & Sustainability organization, Elisa implements the Corporate Strategy to deliver value for all stakeholders while enabling them to balance both footprint and handprint. She engages with industry business decision-makers to deliver relevant Industry Solution Experiences to catalyze the transformation of the twelve industries the company serves and, ultimately, meet the needs of consumers, patients and citizens.

Elisa began her career at Aeroconseil as an engineering consultant in aeronautical and systems engineering for Airbus and business development consultant for other global aircraft manufacturers, as well as equipment and systems suppliers. She joined Dassault Systèmes in 2013 as Airbus Commercial Aircraft account manager and contributed to the A350 data science-driven virtual twin project. In 2017, Elisa took charge of Dassault Systèmes’ global transformation, formally defining and implementing the processes involved in the company’s value creation.

Elisa has a degree in engineering from ECAM in Rennes (France), specializing in materials. She also holds a master’s degree in aircraft operations and air traffic management from France’s National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC), as well as an MBA obtained jointly from Toulouse Business School, HEC Montreal and Washington University, majoring in aerospace operations. 

Javagal SRINATH is a former Indian cricketer and currently an ICC match referee. He is considered among India's finest fast bowlers and is the only Indian fast bowler till date to have taken more than 300 wickets in One Day Internationals.

Javagal SRINATH is considered to be one of the fastest bowler India had produced at Test level. Srinath was a frontline fast bowler for the Indian cricket team until his retirement, and the second Indian pace bowler (after Kapil Dev) to take 200 Test wickets. After Dev, he led the Indian fast-bowling attack for over 9 years. Srinath is India’s second-highest ODI wicket-taker with 315 (second to Anil Kumble’s 337), and the first bowler to take 300 ODI wickets for India.

Javagal SRINATH took 44 wickets in the 1992, 1996, 1999 and 2003 Cricket World Cups. Srinath is the joint highest wicket-taker for India in World Cup competition with Zaheer Khan, who took the same number of wickets in the 2003, 2007 and 2011 tournaments. He is the leading wicket-taker at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, where he took 39 wickets. Srinath is one of eleven bowlers who took 300 wickets in one-day international cricket, and the only Indian fast bowler to take 300 wickets.

Srinath retired from international cricket after the 2003 World Cup in South Africa.

Navdeep Singh ARSHI with over 15 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector, currently serves as a Sales Manager, Aerospace & Defense at Dassault Systèmes. His key competencies include - identifying new opportunities, interfacing with prospects, developing and implementing business & customer acquisition strategies to achieve and sustain business growth and long-term asset development.

He is proficient in establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, understanding requirements, and suggesting solutions in line with the procurement policy guidelines. He is skilled in collaborating with various government bodies, defense public sector organizations and industry associations.

His in-depth knowledge in government policies on capital procurement in defense as well as steering processes in line with the assigned defense procurement procedure ensures his effectiveness in production, business development, sales & marketing, executing strategic plans to ensure enhanced revenue generation in the defense business.
