Bernard CHARLÈS
Bernard CHARLÈS has been working as the CEO of Dassault Systèmes since 1995 and as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer since 2016. He started his career in the company in 1983 to develop new design technologies. In 1986, he founded a dedicated New Technologies, Research and Strategy department, and in 1988 was appointed President of Strategy, Research and Development.
CHARLÈS has helped instill a culture of ongoing innovation to further consolidate Dassault Systèmes’ scientific capabilities and make science part of the company’s DNA. The inspiration behind digital mock-up, product lifecycle management and 3DEXPERIENCE®, he firmly believes that virtual technology is about making possible the impossible: 3DEXPERIENCE universes are the most powerful vehicle for testing concepts and creating the future, bringing dream and reality together, and stretching the limits of science and imagination to drive progress in society.

He holds the rank of Commander in the “Légion d’honneur” (French Legion of Honor). He is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure engineering school in Cachan and has a PhD in mechanical engineering majoring in automation engineering and information science. He also holds an agrégation — the most senior teaching qualification achievable in France (specializing in mechanical engineering).

Before this latest appointment, Florence was working at Engie, a world leader in the energy sector – holding different positions, as Business Development Vice President, Engie Qatar CEO, Performance Plan Vice President and finally Engie Europe COO. Florence has an extensive experience in both public and private sector, having held different positions in the European Commission and the French Administration.
She is also an experienced board member, with board position at PSA and currently at Air France; CNES, the French Space Agency and Institut Montaigne, the leading think tank in France. Florence is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique / Corps des Mines.

Josephine ONG heads the Dassault Systèmes business in the Asia Pacific South region, covering Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
Her key mandate is driving sustainable value creation for our customers, achieved through identification of high potential market segments and addressing their critical business processes with technology that provides tangible and meaningful KPIs.

Working with L&T Energy Hydrocarbon (LTEH) since last 22 years and has rich experience in Design Engineering, Project Control and Digitalization for Oil & Gas - EPC Projects. Currently Leading Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation Program across LTEH.
Has a mandate to:
- Drive implementation and adoption of Integrated Project Management and Business Analytics Landscape
- Enable Virtual Twin by establishing Digital Thread
- Adoption of latest digital technologies across projects to enhance overall operational efficiency

Taherah KUHL
Taherah is responsible for driving the industry strategy and vision working closely with executive board defining the vision for the company. The industry teams’ key objective is to deliver innovative solutions designed to meet the needs of the customer, the market and regulatory landscape.
Together with her team she works very closely with our key customers and internal experienced SME’s and is responsible globally for driving the strategy on these stakeholders to design the solutions of the future and managing strategic customer partnerships. With her team, Taherah is developing solutions that are disrupting these industries through DASSAULT SYSTEMES world-renowned virtual twin capability.
Taherah has over 25 years’ experience gained on both buy side and sell side with firms such as Merrill Lynch, Erste Bank and Murray Johnstone where she worked as a fixed income and credit research analyst and a fund manager. She moved into software taking a consultative approach with her customers to provide solutions ranging from enterprise multifactor risk analytics, equity modelling tools through to big data.
Laurence MONTANARI
Laurence MONTANARI
Laurence Montanari graduated in mechanical engineering and robotics from Ecole Centrale Nantes. She has 26 years of experience at Renault. She started as a Process Quality Engineer, working to improve engine production. She then spent 20 years in After-Sales, primarily focusing on technical issues and recall campaigns. Her goal was to shorten the loopback to the Technocentre and provide after-sales solutions to the dealers. Additionally, she led the global transformation of the after-sales documentation system across 12,000 Renault dealers worldwide.
In 2008, she played a pivotal role in the Twizy project, which aimed to reinvent urban mobility. She was responsible for overseeing the upstream phases of the project. Following that, she became the Director of Accessories & Merchandising across the Renault, Dacia, and Samsung brands, successfully increasing revenue and performance within the department. For the past five years, she has led a Collaborative Lab (LCI) and has been at the forefront of the EZ Flex Experimentation and 3DExperience pilot at Renault.
Recently, Laurence Montanari joined Dassault Systèmes as the Vice-President for the Transportation & Mobility industry.

Mauro is the current Chief Executive Officer of GEOVIA, a Dassault Systèmes brand, which provides digital solutions focused on the intersection of natural resources, infrastructure and urban planning. GEOVIA solutions empower a diverse community of geoscientists, earth engineers, and urban planners to access the information and insights they need to make informed decisions that balance economic, environmental, and social considerations, ensuring the responsible use and development of the earth's resources.
With almost 30 years of international business leadership and operations experience, Mauro has held several leadership and management positions, leading to his current role as GEOVIA CEO. He previously served at Schneider Electric for seven years and spent 20 years at Rockwell Automation.
Mauro's strategic and disciplined planning methodologies have led his teams to successful outcomes while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment across business units and individuals. He holds an Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from Niagara College, Canada, and is an alumnus of the prestigious INSEAD business school. Mauro is passionate about technology and its impact on industries, describing himself as a technology geek.
