Michael Bo Reszke Hansen is the Manager of Virtual Modeling at Tetra Pak, where he leads the material and package virtual engineering strategy and capabilities for simulation-driven product and technology development. With more than 20 years of experience across digital engineering, product development, and R&D leadership, he specializes in accelerating innovation through advanced modeling, simulation, and data-driven decision-making.

Dr. Göran Tuomas is a Senior Advanced Specialist and Technical Leader at LKAB, with more than four decades of global experience in the development, integration, and transformation of complex industrial systems. Throughout his career, he has held senior technical and leadership roles and led multidisciplinary engineering programmes involving multiple organisations worldwide.

He currently leads the development and application of holistic methods for analysing LKAB’s entire production chain. His work combines systems engineering, enterprise architecture, modelling, and simulation to integrate strategic, operational, and technical perspectives, supporting informed decision-making and the successful planning of future industrial transformation.

Daniel Ålin is Senior Manager responsible for CAD and virtual PDM within TRATON Group R&D. With a background spanning operational excellence, software development processes, and product development, he brings a broad perspective on how people, processes, data, and technology need to work together. In his current role, he is involved in shaping the future direction of product data and digital engineering capabilities, with a focus on platform development, business support, and future digital ways of working for product development.

Dr Martin Edlund is the Chief Executive Officer of Minesto. Minesto is a leading ocean energy technology developer with an award-winning and patented product, generating electricity from tidal streams and ocean currents. The unique technology has the potential to unlock a new renewable energy source, adding predictable electricity production to the energy system and balancing the intermittency of wind and solar. Minesto was founded in 2007 as a spin-off from Swedish aerospace manufacturer Saab. Dr Martin Edlund has for the last 20 years combined management consulting and strategy research collaboration with world-class technology companies such as ABB, GE, LM Ericsson and SKF. He has been active in the marine energy industry for the last decade. Since 2016 Martin Edlund leads Minesto’s company strategy to commercialise its unique product. He holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Management and an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics.

Martin Enthed is VP of Labs at Physicl, focusing on spatial computing, 3D visualization, and Physical AI—specifically fusing 3D and AI to develop "World Models" and training environments for robotics. A pioneer with over three decades in computer graphics, he spent 18 years at IKEA, where he led the transition to photorealistic 3D imagery and spearheaded AR/VR initiatives as Innovation Manager and head of the Spatial Computing Lab. A strong advocate for open standards, he served as Vice President of The Khronos Group for 5 years and was part of the start of both the Metaverse Standards Forum and AOUSD. Professor Paul Howarth CBE FREng is a prominent British nuclear physicist and research leader who serves as the President of the Institute of Physics (IOP) and was the long-standing Chief Executive Officer of the UK's National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL). Over a distinguished career spanning several decades, he has been an influential figure in the development of nuclear science, technology, and commercial R&D in the United Kingdom.

Paul’s other roles include: Chair of Framatome UK, and Industry Advisor.

Key achievements & recognition:

• In 2026 was awarded the Medal of Commendation from the Japanese Government for promoting scientific and technological collaboration between Japan and the UK.
• Awarded a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2024 King's Birthday Honours for his significant contributions to the nuclear industry and UK research and development.
• Academic Fellowships: Elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (FREng) in 2014, and holds Fellowships with both the Institute of Physics (FInstP) and the Nuclear Institute (FNucI).

Benny Karlsson is Vice President and Head of Intelligent Industry at Capgemini Sweden and Capgemini Invent Sweden. For more than 20 years he has helped industrial clients turn complex engineering and operations challenges into measurable outcomes – from product and service innovation to supply chain, manufacturing and the digital platforms that connect them.

Lars Tinapp works with NVIDIA’s manufacturing and robotics partners across EMEA, focusing on joint go-to-market opportunities around industrial digital twins, simulation and Physical AI. With a background in mechanical engineering and previous roles at Microsoft and Google, he combines an engineering perspective with experience in ecosystem development and industrial digital transformation. He helps partners and customers turn emerging technologies into practical industrial use cases.

Steve Bye is a Managing Director at Woodmynd, bringing over 15 years’ experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation and information management across complex, capital-intensive industries. He specialises in aligning business strategy, engineering, technology and information to enable effective collaboration across international, multi-organisational programmes.

Currently supporting the UK’s ambitious fusion energy STEP programme, Steve is helping shape the enterprise architecture and digital capabilities required to connect engineering, construction and operations through an integrated digital thread across the asset lifecycle. He has established, led and delivered board-sponsored transformation functions and programmes, combining strategic leadership, practical problem-solving and hands-on delivery experience to turn complex organisational and technical challenges into sustainable business outcomes.

Gautam Budhiraja leads Nokia’s Autonomous Networks business for Europe, driving network transformation, AI-powered and agentic automation, strategic customer engagement, and commercial growth. With over 22 years of experience at Nokia and nearly three decades in telecommunications, he brings extensive expertise in technology, business leadership, and large-scale network transformation.

His work focuses on advancing autonomous, intelligent networks while addressing the growing importance of security, digital sovereignty, and trusted collaboration across complex digital ecosystems. He is passionate about harnessing AI and digital innovation to strengthen critical infrastructure, protect sensitive data and intellectual property, and enable secure cross-border collaboration while maintaining control over critical systems and information.
