Björn is a growth- and people-oriented leader with a strong commitment to serve customers, drive growth, innovation and PLM excellence in the areas of physical products, digital platforms, autonomous & robotics, AI, IoT and new business models.
As part of the Group Technology & Innovation management team at Grundfos he is on a mission to drive a Group-wide, cross-functional transformation into smarter, more efficient and a data-driven ways of working through the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
Björn has a 20+ year background from senior industry positions, unicorn scale-ups, as an entrepreneur and co-founder of a venture backed start-up company, top tier management consulting as well as Board of Director roles. He is a thought leader, published author and keynote speaker in the field of innovation and PLM.

Daniel Hallkvist

Daniel Hallkvist
Have worked with PLM since 1997. First at IBM and since 2010 at Dassault Systèmes. Daniel work as a technical executive and guide his customer with their solutions from Dassault Systèmes. Since 2010 he have mainly worked with 3DEXPERIENCE with everything from initial implementations to adding additional solutions onto the platform. Daniel have focused more and more on MBSE during the last years and his customers are now starting to deploy MBSE.

Parham Nayebifard

Parham Nayebifard
I started my career in 2008 as a harness designer within aerospace and defense industry, later moving into methods and end-to-end processes for avionics and harness design, from requirements to manufacturing documentation. I then worked as a business analyst before joining Dassault Systèmes in 2017, where I am responsible for all electrical applications end-to-end. My focus is guiding customers in deploying and evolving electrical solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, helping them connect design, processes, and tools into a seamless flow.

Tarik Chaib

Tarik Chaib is a dynamic professional with over 30 years of experience spanning sales, sales management, projects, and management across multiple industries. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes in 1999, Tarik worked at esteemed companies including EADS and Dassault Aviation.
Known for his adaptability and versatility, Tarik excels in diverse environments, effortlessly navigating sales landscapes, project dynamics, and managerial challenges. With a keen ability to grasp both project and business intricacies swiftly, Tarik seamlessly integrates into any setting, driving success through effective communication and swift problem resolution.
His extensive project management experience includes interfacing directly with board-level sponsors, senior engineering management, and stakeholders. Currently, Tarik leads the tech sales team as CATIA CTO at Dassault Systèmes, where his strategic mindset and adeptness at navigating complex environments continue to drive impactful change and deliver tangible results. He is committed to excellence, leaving a lasting legacy of success wherever he goes.

Johan Sahlström is a Senior Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systemes. He has a long background in the automotive industry, bringing a breadth of experiences ranging from R&D, operations and PLM. At Dassault Systemes, Johan has held a number of positions within manufacturing, business and system solutions consultancy. He is passionate about driving digital transformation with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, blending strategic insight with hands-on expertise to shape the future of design and manufacturing.

Cevat Elik is a business architect at Dassault Systèmes where, he assists manufacturing companies in redesigning their work processes using industry best practices and modern digital technologies to drive innovation and enhance efficiency.
He brings over 17 years of experiences in implementing digital manufacturing solutions to OEMs and tier 1 suppliers worldwide.
Currently he is supporting strategical worldwide Transportation & Mobility accounts and creating best practice “3DExperience guidelines” assets within the spot welding & assembly business processes.
End of H1 2024 he completed his long-term assignment in Japan were he as the global manufacturing solution architect towards Toyota was involved in defining the next generation manufacturing preparation platform solution. His work experience overseas has giving Cevat deep knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and working within different business cultures.

Sean Sullivan is a Director at Dassault Systèmes, leading NETVIBES across North, South and Central Europe. He helps organizations in energy, infrastructure, automotive, and life sciences harness AI, analytics, and semantic technologies to drive digital transformation. With deep expertise in virtual twins and data science for complex capital projects, Sean focuses on turning fragmented enterprise data into decision intelligence. He holds an MBA from Cranfield, an MSc in Technology Management, and is a Chartered IT Professional.

Karthik Kumar - leader in digital transformation and manufacturing innovation, with more than 20 years of experience guiding some of the world’s largest companies through their Industry 4.0 journey. As Director of Industry Process Consulting at Dassault Systèmes, he has helped global organizations in aerospace, automotive, energy, and infrastructure industries reimagine the way they design, build, and deliver products.
Karthik’s expertise spans product lifecycle management, digital manufacturing, and quality management solutions, with a strong focus on virtual twin technologies and enterprise integration. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale implementations, advised on business process transformations, and shaped technology strategies that drive measurable impact.
His experience ranges from deploying robotics and automation on the factory floor to applying XR technologies for immersive design reviews, training, and validation, as well as enabling smarter construction through BIM automation.
A mechanical engineer by training, passionate about the intersection of technology and business. From his base in Warwickshire, UK, he brings to the stage not only deep technical knowledge but also an inspiring vision for how digital innovation can empower industries to become more agile, sustainable, and future-ready.

Currently working as Technical Executive Manager at Dassault Systemes, Raman SINGH leads a team responsible for Modelling & Simulation (MODSIM) technical activities across 12 industries and 11 countries within the EURONORTH region. Raman has over 12 years of experience working within Industry and Academia, with a deep passion for modelling, simulation CPGR industry. He enjoys using his design and simulation expertise to solve complex challenges faced by diverse customers supported by his team.

Karan Shah holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Automotive Engineering, bringing over a decade of experience to the engineering field. His career includes key roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Technologies, specializing in automotive design and analysis. After serving as a Senior Adams Analyst at Horiba Mira, he is currently a SIMULIA Euronorth Industry Process Consultant for Multibody Dynamics.

Per is a Principal Engineer in Electric Driveline CAE at Volvo Cars, with a specialization in structural dynamics, modal analysis, and modeling as it relates to strength, durability, vibrations, and acoustics. He leverages more than 15 years of experience across the automotive (both heavy and light vehicles), civil engineering, and energy sectors.
