Björn is a growth- and people-oriented leader with a strong commitment to serve customers, drive growth, innovation and PLM excellence in the areas of physical products, digital platforms, autonomous & robotics, AI, IoT and new business models.

As part of the Group Technology & Innovation management team at Grundfos he is on a mission to drive a Group-wide, cross-functional transformation into smarter, more efficient and a data-driven ways of working through the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.

Dr. Anna Litvak-Hinenzon is a Technology Executive with 20+ years of experience driving innovation with AI-powered products and SaaS platforms across verticals. As Chief AI Officer and Founder of Al-Tech AI, she helps companies harness AI strategy for transformative growth and ROI, and she lectures at the AI Management Master’s program at Georgetown University. Previously, she led Data and AI Products as Global SVP at The RepTrak Company and delivered novel AI solutions to Fortune 500 companies as a senior leader at Tessella (Capgemini).

With a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, 11 patents, and deep expertise in digital transformation, Anna bridges technology and business to maximize impact. She is also a board director, advisor, author, and speaker who champions thought diversity and the responsible adoption of AI.

Harold SULLIVAN is a graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

He has over 20 years of experience in product development—spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies—and more than 15 years leading PLM strategy and implementation.

Prior to Vermeer, Harold held leadership roles at HARMAN International, Kohler Co., Control4, Flextronics, and others, building expertise in engineering, sales, and organizational transformation. He is known for fostering collaboration and delivering strategic solutions that enhance product development and lifecycle management.

Nick MARTENS started his career as a university intern at Vermeer 12+ years ago. Through his demonstrated leadership and skill, he progressively advanced his career to his current role, as PLM Systems Analyst Manager.

In this capacity, Nick leads Vermeer’s transformation with 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA to achieve the virtual twin including seamless collaboration and data accuracy between teams.

Nick graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his family working on their small cattle farm.

Sijil Augustine Kandathil is a Senior Manager at Lucid Motors, leading 3DEXPERIENCE-based PLM implementation, customization, and infrastructure scalability. With over 18 years of PLM experience, he has driven major digital transformation initiatives across automotive, medical devices, and oil & gas industries. His expertise includes system upgrades, integrations, data migrations, and MBSE adoption, enabling smarter and more sustainable engineering ecosystems. His current focus includes integrating LLMs and AI to enhance the efficiency of change processes.

Andreis Luvizon da Silva is a Mechanical Engineer with additional degrees in IT and Mechatronics, as well as a graduate certificate in Project Management. He joined Marcopolo, a Brazilian multinational bus manufacturer, in 2016 as a Mechanical Draftsperson, progressing to Product Engineer in 2019 and Software Development Engineer in 2022. His work has consistently focused on automating 3D model creation and defining Bill of Materials (BOM) strategies for bus design and product lines.

In 2021, Andreis joined the 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementation project within Marcopolo's engineering team, supporting the migration to ENOVIA and CATIA from SOLIDWORKS and contributing to the introduction of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. As the project evolved, his role expanded to include developing automation systems, defining engineering business rules, and enabling 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption across the company.

Isaiah Kohlhase is a Mechanical Engineer at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions North America, passionate about automation and data analysis. With 6 years in Mechatronics/Robotics and 3 years in Industry Mechanical, he's spearheading a more efficient and effective business model for Bosch, globally. His implementation of SAP automations and Dassault Systèmes Onepart Reuse has demonstrably saved thousands of engineering hours by reducing manual data searching. Outside of Bosch, he enjoys time at the gym, Minnesota lakes, and with loved ones.

Sharon SUKHAI is a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics focusing on Digital Transformation and systems integration. With over 20 years of experience in PLM platform solutions consulting, Sharon specializes in leading the development and deployment of digital solutions using Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. In her most recent assignment, she has led the development and deployment effort to deliver an integrated Master Scheduling solution which leverages DELMIA, ENOVIA and NETVIBES.

Having started his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the motorsport industry, Jonathan moved to work for the UK Atomic Energy Authority more than 10 years ago. At UKAEA he has worked on the major Eurofusion programmes (ITER and DEMO) with a focus on maintenance and tokamak architecture. His work to develop and evaluate an alternative architecture for DEMO saw him recruited into the team that was being setup to develop the STEP concept design in 2020. Since then he has set the strategy to develop the system architecture, evaluate a wide range of possible concepts, and drive these towards development of a single concept design for STEP. He the system owner and lead system architect for the whole plant providing technical oversight of the overall design drawing together the major elements and systems into a single coherent concept.

Stéphane DECLEE joined Dassault Systèmes in 1991 as an R&D Engineer. After 8 years of evolving from software engineer to product manager and CATIA Domain leader (Electrical Equipment & Systems, Digital Mockup & Synthesis), he held several executive positions. From 1999 to 2002, he was VP Strategy & Research, working with Bernard Charles and Dominique Florack.

From 2003 and 2008 as VP ENOVIA R&D based in the US, driving the acquisition & integration of MatrixOne in 2006 and the first deliveries of ENOVIA V6.

From 2009 to 2011 as VP R&D Industry Solutions Mr. DECLÉE is a graduate of the HBS AMP 2009 program as well as a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Rouen (France), specializing in thermo-energetics.

Morgan ZIMMERMANN is the Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Systèmes NETVIBES, where he is responsible for all aspects of the brand strategy, portfolio and business operations. He has over 20 years of experience in AI, big data and digital transformation.

Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 2010 upon the acquisition of EXALEAD, a market leader in search platforms and search-based applications, Morgan has been devoted to furthering the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to reveal information intelligence using AI and big data to transform implicit or explicit information into actionable knowledge and know-how.

While in charge of EXALEAD Strategy, Sales and Business Development, Morgan expanded the brand’s presence across international markets. He was appointed CEO of EXALEAD in 2015, quickly restructuring the product portfolio serving all Dassault Systèmes customers. After leading the acquisition of PROXEM to empower the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with state-of-the-art, AI-driven natural language, Morgan spearheaded the consolidation of all data and AI brands under a single brand: NETVIBES.

A frequent speaker at international conferences, Morgan ZIMMERMANN is passionate about helping customers to realize the power of data to transform their business.

James WEATHERLY has been with Dassault Systèmes since 2019 and is part of the ENOVIA R&D Define Organization. His team leads the define for several ENOVIA solutions including Sourcing and Supplier Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Materials Compliance, Portfolio and Product Management and Change Management.

Before joining Dassault Systèmes, James spent over 20 years in the Transportation and Mobility and High-Tech Industries, where he led Sourcing and Supplier Development Activities for companies such as Harman International (a Samsung Company), ZF (TRW) and Yazaki North America.

Marino MUSER is an R&D Application Development Senior Director at ENOVIA. Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 1995, he has led application development spanning CAD design (CATIA), robotics simulation, and manufacturing process planning (DELMIA).

He is currently responsible for Enterprise Strategy & Planning solutions (ENOVIA) within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, encompassing program and project management, organization modeling, and workforce planning.

With more than 20 years of experience working on PLM projects in Europe and as the head of the Industrial Equipment industry portfolio team of Dassault Systèmes, Frédéric is now responsible for the NETVIBES global portfolio, empowering customer decision-making with new perspectives thanks to artificial intelligence and data science experiences.

Kyle HERRING is the Director of Brand Marketing for ENOVIA, Dassault Systèmes. He has over twenty years of experience leading global marketing efforts in the PLM/CAD and software development industries. Kyle has been with Dassault Systèmes for nine years, with the past seven in the ENOVIA brand. Kyle holds a bachelors of science degree in international political science and a masters degree in business administration.

Maxine TAN is an Industry Process Expert for ENOVIA and has been with Dassault Systèmes for 7 years. She leads the global Go-To-Market of ENOVIA solutions - Cost Management, Sustainability, Materials Compliance, and Formulated Product Development. She previously supported Core ENOVIA Topics (Product BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management) and successful customer implementation in Services. Maxine holds a Bachelors and Masters in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in experimental fluids.

Nathan WHITTAKER offers over 15 years of experience thought-leading and delivering transformative solutions for Enterprise customers involving data management, data science, and digital workflow optimization. He is currently supporting North America as an Industry Process Consultant for Dassault Systèmes NETVIBES Information Intelligence brand, focused on bringing the power of data science and machine learning to Aerospace & Defense and other key Industries.

Rick HAHN has worked more than 23 years across the engineering domain in 3D design, design management, project management, and systems implementation both in PDM and PLM environments. He has also worked in the R&D space for ENOVIA assisting in the definition of best practices for design processes and the associated user experience. He currently is in the role of Senior Portfolio Manager overseeing the marketing aspects of all ECAD and MCAD integrations associated to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Michiko MOSBE has 32 years’ experience in solution consulting for PLM based solutions across the Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-Tech, and Marine & Offshore sectors. Currently stationed in Los Angeles, she has been with Dassault Systèmes for 25 years in various capacity supporting all industries. Now with the Industry Process Success team, she supports Sales, TechSales, and R&D on topics related to Strategic Sourcing and Sustainable Supplier Value Network solutions. She has specialized in the administration, implementation, and deployment of the ENOVIA applications in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. She has a Masters degree in Computer Science.

Srikanth SANTHANAM has over 30 years experience in supporting CAD and PLM solutions across the Transportation, Aerospace & Defense and Marine & Offshore sectors. Now with the ENOVIA Industry Process Success team, he supports Sales, Technical Sales, and R&D on topics related to Virtual Product Development that includes core BOM/CAD, Change and Configuration Management and Data Exchange solutions.

William Law is a technical sales consultant and has been part of Dassault Systèmes for 15 years. He specializes in helping customers use analytics and data science applications to improve their ability to make business decisions that have a direct, positive impact on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. He works across industries but particularly in CPGR and Industrial Equipment, and has a special focus on the cloud as well as the Value Network domain. William holds a BSc in Computer Science.

With almost 30 years of experience in the world of PLM across a variety of industries, Louis now leverages his knowledge and experience at the intersection of Data Science, Analytics, Business Process Management, and Business Consulting.  Louis' mission is targeted at revealing the value in the rich bodies of information created by Engineering communities within Enterprises that develop complex products and use complex processes.

Samantha SHIPMAN leads the North American ENOVIA consulting team, focusing on new and more expansive spaces of what we know about PLM and what the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can do for our customers, large and small.

As the North American lead for ITEROP at Dassault Systèmes, Marc is a passionate advocate for the power of process. With two decades of experience in the CAD/PDM space and a background in deploying a variety of solutions, he helps organizations see beyond the chaos of day-to-day operations. His work is all about connecting the right task to the right stakeholder with the right data at the right time. He leverages the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to build trust and efficiency across an organization, ensuring solutions are not just powerful, but practical.

Steve ERWIN has been with Dassault Systèmes since 1997, dedicating the majority of his tenure to the infrastructure and technology aspects of DS product offerings. Since 2022, he has served as a North America Cloud Advocate, acting as a primary focal point for Dassault Systèmes SaaS solutions in the region.

With a strong expertise in cloud technologies, Steve specializes in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, ensuring that Dassault Systèmes cloud solutions meet the highest standards. His work has been instrumental in advancing Dassault Systèmes' most innovative offerings, including regulated cloud environments, ITAR-compliant data support, and the initial launch of a U.S. sovereign cloud solution. Steve holds Cloud Security Alliance certifications in cloud security as well as zero trust.

Francisco RIVERA started his career in world-class automotive manufacturing. He later applied the knowledge acquired about quality and lean manufacturing to implementing quality solutions in automotive and aerospace firms around the globe.

After over 20 years of international consulting experience with OEMs and suppliers, Francisco joined Dassault Systèmes to promote cross-brand end-to-end quality solutions.

Francisco holds a BSc in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration.

Brad PORTER has worked in the PLM and CAD industry for more than 20 years across various sectors including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, and High Tech.  He has a wide variety of experience as a Software Developer, Implementation Specialist, and Solution Architect of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.  He has been with Dassault Systèmes since 2014 and has been involved with the ENOVIA Brand as a World Wide Industry Process Expert across many domains and industries during that time.  He has recently had a particular focus in the areas of Enterprise Integration, Business Process Management, and custom widget development.

Nadine PETIT has been with Dassault Systèmes for more than 25 years, holding multiple management positions related to Infrastructure Architecture, Industry Process Consulting, Program Management of large-scale deployments as well as Training & Certification. 

She is currently leading the Global ENOVIA Legacy Transition program. Her mission is to provide tools, best practices, services and enablement to Dassault Systèmes customers and partners to ensure a successful transition to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Chris Doherty has over 11 years of experience in solution consulting & implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, & High-Tech Industries.

He is currently with the ENOVIA Industry Process Success team, supporting R&D, TechSales, & Sales on topics related to Bill of Materials (BOM) Management. He is specialized in core ENOVIA topics such as BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Sourcing, and Data Model Configurations. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a certification in Configuration Management. 

Franck BREMONT is an Industry Process Expert at Dassault Systèmes with over 13 years of experience. He specializes in the Information Intelligence portfolio, with a strong focus on data aggregation, analytics, data science solutions and digital transformation. His expertise mainly centers on "planning" and "capital project" initiatives across industries including Energy & Materials, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Construction.

Henry SHIBAYAMA is an Industry Process Consultant with nearly 20 years of engineering experience, specializing in data-driven strategies within product development and computer-aided engineering (CAE). He helps organizations transform complex product and manufacturing data into clear insights that enhance performance, efficiency, and decision-making. Henry is also focused on advancing sustainability through the use of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to support more responsible and innovative product development.

Jyothish RAJAN brings over 25 years of experience at Dassault Systèmes, with deep expertise in Product Management and R&D leadership across Configuration Management, BOM Management, and Project/Program Management solutions. As part of the ENOVIA Industry Process Success team over the past 5 years, he now leads go-to-market efforts for key solutions, with a particular focus on driving the new CPQ product.

Piyusha is an Industry Process Consultant for Dassault Systèmes and has been with the company for four years. She specializes in helping customers use business intelligence, data analytics, and machine learning capabilities on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to turn complex data into actionable insights that address real business challenges. She works across multiple industries with a focus on cloud-based data science solutions. Piyusha holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Brian HAAN has 30 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Systems Engineering Management across a range of technical domains and industries with specific expertise in adversarial resilience.

Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 2022, Brian has served as Director of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Simulation Process Data Management (SPDM) Process Consulting and Services at Dassault Systèmes. In this role, he helps clients realize the value of MBSE, SPDM, and their integration in the development of complex systems in competitive environments.

Dr. Julien LAW-TO has played a pivotal role in shaping the sourcing and standardization intelligence portfolio within Dassault Systèmes. Notably, he spearheaded the conception, development and advocacy of groundbreaking solutions such as OnePart Reduce and Procurement Intelligence.

Currently, Dr. Law-To leverages his expertise as part of the tech sales team within Dassault Systèmes. He specializes in value network and data science experiences, contributing invaluable insights and strategies to drive innovation and efficiency in technology sales. He holds a Ph.D. in computer vision from University of Versailles Saint Quentin.

Ali is an Industry Process Expert Specialist at Dassault Systèmes, with four years of experience within the company, working in the worldwide technical presales organization. In this role, he supports global sales opportunities by translating client business needs into concrete, high-value technical demonstrators, in close collaboration with regional teams. Ali provides Data Science expertise to support NETVIBES presales activities across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific, helping drive informed decision-making and successful business outcomes.

Cyril FLORIN is an Industry Process Consultant with over 15 years of experience delivering complex digital projects across the US and EMEA markets.

He specializes in the Industry Intelligence portfolio. His work is primarily centered on the Virtual Product Development domain, with a particular focus on BOM Intelligence solutions. He serves as a trusted advisor for organizations in Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Transportation & Mobility (T&M), and Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSE), helping them navigate digital transformation and optimize product data through advanced intelligence.

Quentin SCHOEN joined Dassault Systèmes through the acquisition of ITEROP, a French leader in Business Process Management. With a PhD in Logistics and over a decade of experience in the "Process" domain, Quentin has dedicated his career to enhancing task orchestration and team efficiency across diverse environments.

As ITEROP's Sales Manager for three years and later as ITEROP Manager for two years, Quentin spearheaded global awareness and enablement initiatives, empowering Dassault Systèmes GEO teams and partners to successfully sell and deploy ITEROP solutions. Today, his mission focuses on showcasing the transformative value of the "Process Approach" within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. By integrating AI agents, data capabilities, and collaboration tools, Quentin delivers innovative and impactful solutions that unlock the full potential of connected technologies.
