Lori MAZOR
Lori Mazor teaches AI with a Human Touch® to corporate executives and teams around the world. Through her company, SYNTHETIVITY, she designs educational programs that move organizations from foundational AI literacy to cultivating citizen developers to building agentic AI systems that drive measurable return on investment. Her clients span multiple industries, including North America’s largest transportation network, serving a population of 15.3 million people.
Trained as an architect, Lori brings more than 25 years of experience in design, construction, and university operations, where she integrated emerging technologies into complex physical systems and oversaw the governance structures required to keep people safe. She has served as Vice President for Administration at CUNY Hunter College and Associate Vice President for Global Planning and Policy at NYU, and holds an MBA.
The bestselling author of TEMPERATURE: Creativity in the Age of AI and a TEDx speaker, Lori draws on her design training at Yale, business education at NYU, and liberal arts foundation from Wellesley to offer a rare interdisciplinary perspective. Harold SULLIVAN is a graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
He has over 20 years of experience in product development—spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies—and more than 15 years leading PLM strategy and implementation.
Prior to Vermeer, Harold held leadership roles at HARMAN International, Kohler Co., Control4, Flextronics, and others, building expertise in engineering, sales, and organizational transformation. He is known for fostering collaboration and delivering strategic solutions that enhance product development and lifecycle management.
David KEPCZYNSKI
David KEPCZYNSKI
David KEPCZYNSKI is recognized for his extensive track record in industrial leadership. At Ford, David’s teams, together with IT and Dassault Systèmes, are delivering digital transformations across Product Development and the enterprise. Today, Ford is driving historic modernizations across all its major functions and systems, including Program Management, Product Definition, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations.
David’s career spans decades of industrial transformations that have enabled speed, cost, and quality for business operations. For 10 years he was a divisional Chief Information Officer at General Electric where his teams delivered next generation architectures, digital engineering, advanced computing, materials engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies. During this time, he also served as the Industry Chair for the US Government’s Office of Science and Technology DOE Exascale Computing Project. He spent 20 years as Global Engineering Group Manager at General Motors where his teams transformed business processes and systems from digital product development through manufacturing.

Sharon SUKHAI is a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics focusing on Digital Transformation and systems integration. With over 20 years of experience in PLM platform solutions consulting, Sharon specializes in leading the development and deployment of digital solutions using Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. In her most recent assignment, she has led the development and deployment effort to deliver an integrated Master Scheduling solution which leverages DELMIA, ENOVIA and NETVIBES.
Jonathan KEEP
Jonathan KEEP
Having started his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the motorsport industry, Jonathan moved to work for the UK Atomic Energy Authority more than 10 years ago. At UKAEA he has worked on the major Eurofusion programmes (ITER and DEMO) with a focus on maintenance and tokamak architecture. His work to develop and evaluate an alternative architecture for DEMO saw him recruited into the team that was being setup to develop the STEP concept design in 2020. Since then he has set the strategy to develop the system architecture, evaluate a wide range of possible concepts, and drive these towards development of a single concept design for STEP. He the system owner and lead system architect for the whole plant providing technical oversight of the overall design drawing together the major elements and systems into a single coherent concept.

Isaiah KOHLHASE
Isaiah Kohlhase is a Mechanical Engineer at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions North America, passionate about automation and data analysis. With 6 years in Mechatronics/Robotics and 3 years in Industry Mechanical, he's spearheading a more efficient and effective business model for Bosch, globally. His implementation of SAP automations and Dassault Systèmes Onepart Reuse has demonstrably saved thousands of engineering hours by reducing manual data searching. Outside of Bosch, he enjoys time at the gym, Minnesota lakes, and with loved ones.

Nick MARTENS started his career as a university intern at Vermeer 12+ years ago. Through his demonstrated leadership and skill, he progressively advanced his career to his current role, as PLM Systems Analyst Manager.
In this capacity, Nick leads Vermeer’s transformation with 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA to achieve the virtual twin including seamless collaboration and data accuracy between teams.
Nick graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his family working on their small cattle farm.
Andreis LUVIZON DA SILVA
Andreis LUVIZON DA SILVA
Andreis Luvizon da Silva is a Mechanical Engineer with additional degrees in IT and Mechatronics, as well as a graduate certificate in Project Management. He joined Marcopolo, a Brazilian multinational bus manufacturer, in 2016 as a Mechanical Draftsperson, progressing to Product Engineer in 2019 and Software Development Engineer in 2022. His work has consistently focused on automating 3D model creation and defining Bill of Materials (BOM) strategies for bus design and product lines.
In 2021, Andreis joined the 3DEXPERIENCE platform implementation project within Marcopolo's engineering team, supporting the migration to ENOVIA and CATIA from SOLIDWORKS and contributing to the introduction of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. As the project evolved, his role expanded to include developing automation systems, defining engineering business rules, and enabling 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption across the company.

Tuna Çağlar Gümüş is a PLM and Software Engineering Unit Manager at FNSS with over 15 years of experience in computer integrated manufacturing and software engineering. For the past five years, he has been leading award winning artificial intelligence transformation initiatives. He has over a decade of hands on experience with Dassault Systèmes (3DEXPERIENCE) products, is an ENOVIA Champion, and has delivered multiple successful presentations at international conferences.
