Sanket PATIL is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the design and development of medical devices, consumer products and mobility solutions. With a master's degree in design and a recognized SolidWorks Champion, he currently leads the engineering efforts at Bowhead Corp. An ardent believer of the philosophy that design should never compromise on Form, Fit and Function, he is one of the first engineers to implement xShape - SolidWorks workflow, creating state-of the-art carbon composite designs manufactured using traditional methods. In addition to his engineering role, he oversees CAD workflows and change management processes to streamline design and collaboration within the company.

Nick MARTENS started his career as a university intern at Vermeer 12+ years ago. Through his demonstrated leadership and skill, he progressively advanced his career to his current role, as PLM Systems Analyst Manager.

In this capacity, Nick leads Vermeer’s transformation with 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA to achieve the virtual twin including seamless collaboration and data accuracy between teams.

Nick graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his family working on their small cattle farm.

Cameron is the PLM product owner for SNC with over 15 years of experience implementing PLM systems and defining engineering process in Aerospace and Defense.

Carl Breving is the Lead Business Systems Analyst in the Engineering Systems group at S&C Electric in Chicago, Illinois. With more than 24 years at S&C, he has driven the strategy, development, and design of software and systems for engineering and manufacturing at S&C. His expertise spans 2D and 3D design automation, CAD, and PLM enterprise systems—tailoring solutions to the business processes that differentiate S&C’s operations.

Michael MARK is a senior professional with over 25 years of experience at Dassault Systèmes responsible for diverse roles including new product development, product management, strategic planning, customer communication and business development.

Today, as the Senior Director of worldwide Industry Processes for ENOVIA, Michael maintains authoritative knowledge and expertise across the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ENOVIA role Portfolio and ENOVIA-led Industry Processes to support the success of all Dassault Systèmes geos and their clients.

Susan LENZI joined Dassault Systèmes, ENOVIA in 2008 and since then, has led roles encompassing marketing, sales enablement, and the development of the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem. Currently, she serves as the global User Advocacy Director for ENOVIA.

Susan is dedicated to extending her passion for advocacy and innovation to empower customers, partners, and industry experts, fostering collaboration to address challenges and achieve new growth. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Susan spent two decades in customer-facing positions at Sun Microsystems. In addition to her professional endeavors, Susan volunteers as the co-chair of the Massachusetts chapter of Women in Manufacturing.

James Weatherly has been with Dassault Systèmes since 2019 and is part of the ENOVIA R&D Define Organization. His team leads the define for several ENOVIA solutions including Sourcing and Supplier Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Materials Compliance, Portfolio and Product Management and Change Management.

Before joining Dassault Systèmes, James spent over 20 years in the Transportation and Mobility and High-Tech Industries, where he led Sourcing and Supplier Development Activities for companies such as Harman International (a Samsung Company), ZF (TRW) and Yazaki North America.

Maxine TAN is an ENOVIA Industry Process Expert at Dassault Systèmes. She began began her career supporting client implementations, developing an appreciation for the power and elegance of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Today, she focuses on Sustainability solutions, specializing in Costing, Materials, and Compliance. Maxine is passionate about unlocking the potential of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to drive collaborative innovation, empower businesses with intelligence to operate more sustainably, and build a better future for all. 

Rick HAHN began in this industry in the late 1980s deploying CAD/CAM systems. This was followed by fifteen years as a project manager deploying SMARTEAM PDM in North America and Europe. For the past decade, Rick has been involved in the development of various CAD integrations for Dassault Systèmes culminating in my current role as a Portfolio Manager for all ECAD and MCAD integrations linked to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Samantha SHIPMAN leads the North American ENOVIA consulting team, focusing on new and more expansive spaces of what we know about PLM and what the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can do for our customers, large and small.

Francisco RIVERA started his career in world-class automotive manufacturing. He later applied the knowledge acquired about quality and lean manufacturing to implementing quality solutions in automotive and aerospace firms around the globe.

After over 20 years of international consulting experience with OEMs and suppliers, Francisco joined Dassault Systèmes to promote cross-brand end-to-end quality solutions.

Nadine PETIT has been with Dassault Systèmes for more than 25 years, holding multiple management positions related to Infrastructure Architecture, Industry Process Consulting, Program Management of large-scale deployments as well as Training & Certification.

Nadine is currently leading the Global ENOVIA Legacy Transition Accelerated program. Her mission is to provide tools, best practices, services and enablement to Dassault Systèmes customers and partners to ensure a successful transition to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
