Stephane Declee
Stéphane DÉCLÉE joined Dassault Systèmes in 1991 as an R&D Engineer. After 8 years of evolving from software engineer to product manager and CATIA Domain leader (Electrical Equipment & Systems, Digital Mockup & Synthesis), he held several executive positions. From 1999 to 2002, he was VP Strategy & Research, working with Bernard Charles and Dominique Florack.
From 2003 and 2008 as VP ENOVIA R&D based in the US, driving the acquisition & integration of MatrixOne in 2006 and the first deliveries of ENOVIA V6.
From 2009 to 2011 as VP R&D Industry Solutions Mr. DECLÉE is a graduate of the HBS AMP 2009 program as well as a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Rouen (France), specializing in thermo-energetics.
Morgan Zimmermann
Morgan ZIMMERMANN is the Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Systèmes NETVIBES, where he is responsible for all aspects of the brand strategy, portfolio and business operations.
He has over 20 years of experience in AI, big data and digital transformation.
Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 2010 upon the acquisition of EXALEAD, a market leader in search platforms and search-based applications, Morgan has been devoted to furthering the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to reveal information intelligence using AI and big data to transform implicit or explicit information into actionable knowledge and know-how.
While in charge of EXALEAD Strategy, Sales and Business Development, Morgan expanded the brand’s presence across international markets. He was appointed CEO of EXALEAD in 2015, quickly restructuring the product portfolio serving all Dassault Systèmes customers. After leading the acquisition of PROXEM to empower the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with state-of-the-art, AI-driven natural language, Morgan spearheaded the consolidation of all data and AI brands under a single brand: NETVIBES.
A frequent speaker at international conferences, Morgan ZIMMERMANN is passionate about helping customers to realize the power of data to transform their business.
Kyle Herring
Kyle HERRING is the Director of Brand Marketing for ENOVIA, Dassault Systèmes. He has over twenty years of experience leading global marketing efforts in the PLM/CAD and software development industries. Kyle has been with Dassault Systèmes for eight years, with the past six in the ENOVIA brand. Kyle holds a bachelors of science degree in international political science and a masters degree in business administration.
Susan Lenzi
Susan LENZI joined Dassault Systèmes, ENOVIA in 2008 and since then, has led roles encompassing marketing, sales enablement, and the development of the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem. Currently, she serves as the global User Advocacy Director for ENOVIA.
Susan is dedicated to extending her passion for advocacy and innovation to empower customers, partners, and industry experts, fostering collaboration to address challenges and achieve new growth. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Susan spent two decades in customer-facing positions at Sun Microsystems. In addition to her professional endeavors, Susan volunteers as the co-chair of the Massachusetts chapter of Women in Manufacturing.
Naim Dalal

Naim Dalal leads a team of 3DEXPERIENCE platform and ENOVIA experts that have a mission to create, maintain and promote the Go to Market content of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and all ENOVIA portfolio.
Prior to joining DS, Naim took the role of pre-sales consultant for an international ERP-based company where he conducted worldwide pre-sales activities within PLM and ERP domains.
Naim has a B.SC. degree in the Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institution of Technology.
Anat Landau
Anat Landau
Anat Landau has over 20 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with a solid background in pre-sales, technical account management, and product marketing. She joined Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA in 2008 as a Senior Solution Consultant. Currently, she is a Worldwide ENOVIA Roles Portfolio Industry Process Expert, where she supports ENOVIA's go-to-market strategy by creating and delivering content that promotes user advocacy and marketing programs.
Rick Hahn
Rick Hahn
Rick entered the industry in the late 1980s, specializing in the implementation of CAD/CAM systems. Subsequently, he spent fifteen years as a project manager overseeing the deployment of SMARTEAM PDM in North America and Europe. For the past decade, he has been involved in the development of various CAD integrations for Dassault Systems, culminating in his current role as a Roles Portfolio Industry Process Senior Specialist for all ECAD and MCAD integrations linked to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Prasad is a passionate Mechanical Engineer, Toastmaster, and a Polymath. He started working at Dassault Systèmes in 2018 to support ENOVIA User Assistance Development. In his role today as a ENOVIA Portfolio Marketing Manager, he contributes to the product marketing technical content creation, user experience enhancements, and assists in overall product management process of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and core ENOVIA products.

Ahmed LGUAOUZI is in charge of Marketing for the Dassault Systèmes NETVIBES data science brand. Following his degree in Engineering and Business, he worked in Procurement with Airbus.
For the last six years, he has held various functions with NETVIBES, including in Pre-Sales, Product Strategy and Management.
Ahmed has a firm belief that the data revolution creates endless opportunities to overcome the challenges of the 21st century.

James Weatherly has been with Dassault Systèmes since 2019 and is part of the ENOVIA R&D Define Organization. His team leads the define for several ENOVIA solutions including Sourcing and Supplier Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Materials Compliance, Portfolio and Product Management and Change Management.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, James spent over 20 years in the Transportation and Mobility and High-Tech Industries, where he led Sourcing and Supplier Development Activities for companies such as Harman International (a Samsung Company), ZF (TRW) and Yazaki North America.
