Dr. Andreas WANK

Dr. Andreas WANK
Andreas Wank has been the Head of the department “Smart Innovation” at Pepperl+Fuchs SE since January 2022. In addition, he also leads the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program. When he joined Pepperl+Fuchs SE in 2019, he managed the project International Quality Management, which deals with traceability and incident management.
Before that, he was a Research Associate at the Technical University Darmstadt for five years (2014-2019). During this time he also acted as Managing Director „Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Darmstadt“ (07/17 until 01/19), Team Leader for the Management of Industrial Production (04/16 until 01/19) as well as Assistance to the president of the German Academic Association for Production Technology (01/15 until 12/17).
The foundation for his professional success also lies in his scientific background. Andreas Wank holds both, a Bachelor (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the Technical University Darmstadt with a specialization in mechanical engineering. On top of that, he successfully completed his PHD (DR.-ING) from 2014 until 2019.
Today, Andreas plays a crucial role in implementing the ongoing PLM project at Pepperl+Fuchs SE, which is essential for facilitating seamless information flow throughout the entire innovation chain, impacting approximately 2,500 users.

Jonathan KEEP

Jonathan KEEP
Having started his career as a mechanical design engineer within the motorsport industry, Jonathan moved to work for the UK Atomic Energy Authority more than 10 years ago. At UKAEA, he has worked on the major Eurofusion programs (ITER and DEMO) with a focus on maintenance and tokamak architecture. His work to develop and evaluate an alternative architecture for DEMO saw him recruited into the team that was being setup to develop the STEP concept design in 2020.
Since then, he has set the strategy to develop the system architecture, evaluated a wide range of possible concepts, and driven these towards the development of a single concept design for STEP. He is the system owner and lead system architect for the whole plant, providing technical oversight of the overall design and drawing together the major elements and systems into a single coherent concept.

Hans-Jürgen FALK is Head of IT Engineering Solutions at CLAAS KGaA mbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of agricultural engineering equipment. Holding a diploma in electrical engineering and automation, his career expands over several roles in the field of manufacturing and IT. As a thought leader, he is passionate about driving innovation initiatives together with his team forward. In that context, CLAAS has been awarded for its “Digital Product Development” by RWTH Aachen, which stood out due to the Strategic Believes approach, consisting of model-based systems engineering, 3D continuity and data intelligence as well as the self-developed 3D navigator.

Christoph KLIMT
Christoph KLIMT, Head of Virtual Product at CIP Mobility GmbH (mocci), is combining hardware design and vehicle development with a strong vision for digital engineering. His achievements include the complete implementation of 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA in two startup companies, CIP Mobility (mocci) and Sono Motors.
By utilizing critical processes like change, release, and issue management, he offers solutions to align the interests of all engineering departments with full digitalization and sustainable development.

Björn Axling is the Head of Product Lifecycle Management at Grundfos, a global leader in water solutions. Björn is a growth- and people-oriented leader with a strong commitment to serve customers, drive growth, innovation and PLM excellence in the areas of physical products, digital platforms, autonomous & robotics, AI, IoT and new business models.
As part of the Group Technology & Innovation management team at Grundfos he is on a mission to drive a Group-wide, cross-functional transformation into smarter, more efficient and a data-driven ways of working through the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
Björn has a 20+ year background from senior industry positions, unicorn scale-ups, as an entrepreneur and co-founder of a venture backed start-up company, top tier management consulting as well as Board of Director roles. He is a thought leader, published author and keynote speaker in the field of innovation and PLM.

Scott Drennan is currently the president and COO of Otto Aviation. The Otto Team is
using a concept called super-natural laminar flow to create more capable and affordable
aircraft platforms. Otto’s new development program aims to improve aerodynamic
efficiency by 30%: targeting fuel burn reductions of 60%, emissions reductions of 90%
using SAF, and cost reductions of up to 50%. Scott has always been passionate about
sustainable aviation, and this latest project is no exception.
Scott founded Drennan Innovation LLC in 2020. Drennan Innovation empowers clients
through the design, development, and deployment of complex systems-of-systems in
aerospace and defense. The Future is Behind Us®.
Scott started his 30-year career with Bell Helicopter. His last role at Bell was vice
president of Innovation and Advanced Concepts, where he worked on bleeding-edge
technologies for future military and commercial platforms, such as HSVTOL and eVTOL.
Before founding Drennan Innovation, Scott was the Chief Research & Development
Officer of Hyundai’s $1.5 billion advanced air mobility division, now called Supernal.
Scott serves as an advisor to REGENT, Elroy Air, Radius Engineering, and to New Vista
Capital. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Electric Power Systems.
From 2009-2015, Scott was a designated engineering representative (DER) for the FAA,
and from 2018-2020, Scott was a member of the NASA Advisory Council (NAC) Aeronautics

Dr. Obi K. NDU
Dr. Ndu is the Chief Information and Digital Officer at Otto Aviation, where he leads the company’s Digital Enterprise, leveraging Dassault Systèmes' technologies to drive innovation in aerospace. With over 22 years of experience in digital transformation, systems engineering, and AI-driven analytics, he has held leadership roles at KPMG, Boston Consulting Group (BCG X), and the District of Columbia’s Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP). Previously, he spent a decade at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU APL), focusing on Spacecraft System Safety, Reliability, and Systems Engineering. Dr. Ndu began his career as an aerospace engineer at the FAA and Missile Defense Agency (MDA). He holds a Ph.D. in Reliability Engineering, an M.S. in Systems Engineering, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.

Stephane DECLEE

Stéphane DÉCLÉE joined Dassault Systèmes in 1991 as an R&D Engineer. After 8 years of evolving from software engineer to product manager and CATIA Domain leader (Electrical Equipment & Systems, Digital Mockup & Synthesis), he held several executive positions. From 1999 to 2002, he was VP Strategy & Research, working with Bernard Charles and Dominique Florack.
From 2003 and 2008 as VP ENOVIA R&D based in the US, driving the acquisition & integration of MatrixOne in 2006 and the first deliveries of ENOVIA V6.
From 2009 to 2011 as VP R&D Industry Solutions Mr. DECLÉE is a graduate of the HBS AMP 2009 program as well as a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Rouen (France), specializing in thermo-energetics.

Morgan ZIMMERMANN

Morgan ZIMMERMANN is the Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Systèmes NETVIBES, where he is responsible for all aspects of the brand strategy, portfolio and business operations.
He has over 20 years of experience in AI, big data and digital transformation.
Since joining Dassault Systèmes in 2010 upon the acquisition of EXALEAD, a market leader in search platforms and search-based applications, Morgan has been devoted to furthering the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to reveal information intelligence using AI and big data to transform implicit or explicit information into actionable knowledge and know-how.
While in charge of EXALEAD Strategy, Sales and Business Development, Morgan expanded the brand’s presence across international markets. He was appointed CEO of EXALEAD in 2015, quickly restructuring the product portfolio serving all Dassault Systèmes customers. After leading the acquisition of PROXEM to empower the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with state-of-the-art, AI-driven natural language, Morgan spearheaded the consolidation of all data and AI brands under a single brand: NETVIBES.

Kyle HERRING is the Director of Brand Marketing for ENOVIA, Dassault Systèmes. He has over twenty years of experience leading global marketing efforts in the PLM/CAD and software development industries. Kyle has been with Dassault Systèmes for eight years, with the past six in the ENOVIA brand. Kyle holds a bachelors of science degree in international political science and a masters degree in business administration.

Susan LENZI
Susan LENZI joined Dassault Systèmes, ENOVIA in 2008 and since then, has led roles encompassing marketing, sales enablement, and the development of the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem. Currently, she serves as the global User Advocacy Director for ENOVIA.
Susan is dedicated to extending her passion for advocacy and innovation to empower customers, partners, and industry experts, fostering collaboration to address challenges and achieve new growth. Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Susan spent two decades in customer-facing positions at Sun Microsystems. In addition to her professional endeavors, Susan volunteers as the co-chair of the Massachusetts chapter of Women in Manufacturing.

James WEATHERLY

James WEATHERLY
James Weatherly has been with Dassault Systèmes since 2019 and is part of the ENOVIA R&D Define Organization. His team leads the define for several ENOVIA solutions including Sourcing and Supplier Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Materials Compliance, Portfolio and Product Management and Change Management.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, James spent over 20 years in the Transportation and Mobility and High-Tech Industries, where he led Sourcing and Supplier Development Activities for companies such as Harman International (a Samsung Company), ZF (TRW) and Yazaki North America.

Naim DALAL

Naim DALAL
Naim Dalal leads a team of 3DEXPERIENCE platform and ENOVIA experts that have a mission to create, maintain and promote the Go to Market content of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and all ENOVIA portfolio.
Prior to joining DS, Naim took the role of pre-sales consultant for an international ERP-based company where he conducted worldwide pre-sales activities within PLM and ERP domains.
Naim has a B.SC. degree in the Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institution of Technology.

Anat Landau has over 20 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with a solid background in pre-sales, technical account management, and product marketing. She joined Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA in 2008 as a Senior Solution Consultant. Currently, she is a Worldwide ENOVIA Roles Portfolio Industry Process Expert, where she supports ENOVIA's go-to-market strategy by creating and delivering content that promotes user advocacy and marketing programs.

In his role today as a ENOVIA Portfolio Marketing Manager, he contributes to the product marketing technical content creation, user experience enhancements, and assists in overall product management process of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and core ENOVIA products.

Ahmed LGUAOUZI is in charge of Marketing for the Dassault Systèmes NETVIBES data science brand. Following his degree in Engineering and Business, he worked in Procurement with Airbus.
For the last six years, he has held various functions with NETVIBES, including in Pre-Sales, Product Strategy and Management.
Ahmed has a firm belief that the data revolution creates endless opportunities to overcome the challenges of the 21st century.

Karim FRADJ
Karim joined Dassault Systèmes in 2015, leading the worldwide quality solutions. Expertise in the Quality domain includes APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Lean SixSigma, CAPA and Continuous Improvement. And the main standards (IATF 16949, AS/EN 9100, ISO 13485).
In addition to quality, Karim is an expert in environmental sustainability, including lifecycle assessment methodologies, understanding of carbon footprint vs. product materials and choice of suppliers, circular business and business models, energy efficiency and performance, impact of and possibilities with digitalization and automation, REACH, and RoHS regulations.

Laurie is a computational linguist expert with more than 10 years of experience with Natural Language Processing products, notably Proxem Studio, both as a computational linguist and as a project manager.
Laurie’s deep knowledge of NLP capabilities has enabled her to provide critical insights and mentoring to more than 100 customers and partners across a wide range of industry sectors.
She is now Industry Process Expert, specialized to Data Linguist role and Text Intelligence Studio application, in order to spread the usage of NLP in all industrial applications at Dassault Systems.

Stephan Erben brings over 20 years of experience as a system integrator in diverse production domains, specializing in process control, optimization and manufacturing information systems. His expertise lies in bridging Enterprise Resource Planning systems with Operational systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Since 2020, Stephan has held the position of Senior Product Portfolio Manager at NETVIBES. In this role, he utilizes Artificial Intelligence and Big Data technology to develop smart solutions. These solutions empower customers to make informed decisions by leveraging data-driven insights provided by Machine Learning models within the Virtual Twin Experiences.
Stephan's journey with Dassault Systèmes began in 2008 when he joined as a Program Manager. In this capacity, he successfully implemented large projects for the Discrete Manufacturing industry. His contributions were instrumental in the deployment of DELMIA Manufacturing Operations Management solutions for clients in Energy & Materials, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Industrial Equipment industries.

After graduating as a computational linguist (Automatic Language Processing), Roald started his career as an E-reputation and web monitoring technology consultant for the account of a world-leading advertisement company.
Roald joined Dassault Systèmes in 2014 as client success manager for NETVIBES, a central position to support and coordinate Sales and R&D to deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients. He joined then the NETVIBES Center of Excellence, where he is in charge today of promoting NETVIBES Cloud offers and supporting industries strategies in relation to NETVIBES core business, the Data science experiences.

Christian joined EXALEAD in 2007 as a freelance search engine consultant, developing search portals for many big accounts in Germany. After Dassault Systèmes acquired EXALEAD, he joined Dassault Systèmes and participated in transforming a search engine-based portfolio into a graph-based data science platform, leveraging virtual twin experiences.
Christian has a deep knowledge of the NETVIBES product portfolio, focusing on sourcing and standardization based on OnePart Reuse and Data Science Experiences. In his current role as a senior process specialist, he is developing rich data perspectives leveraging data within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as well as outside the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, providing actionable insights.

Isabelle started her career at Dassault Systèmes 4 years ago, always focusing on strategic and innovative initiatives. Blending technical and business expertise, she has contributed to enablement (popularizing technical topics on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform), user adoption, portfolio creation and marketing.
Since 2023, Isabelle has joined the Business Experience team as a portfolio and marketing specialist. She supports Dassault Systèmes' partners in the development of new solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on Cloud and amplifies the visibility and awareness of ENOVIA strategic solutions.

Ali holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and joined Dassault Systèmes in 2023 as an Industry Process Consultant in the ITEROP team. He has worked with over 20 clients worldwide, providing his expertise to support them in the implementation of complex BPM tools within their ecosystem.

Dr. Julien LAW-TO received his PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Versailles Saint Quentin in 2007. He was working during his Ph.D. at INA (French National Video Archive) and at INRIA. He joined NETVIBES R&D to work on the Sourcing & Standardization Intelligence portfolio and defined, developed and promoted the solutions called OnePart Reduce and Procurement Intelligence. He is now part of the tech sales team as an industry Process Expert focusing on Value Network and Data Science Experience.

Benjamin MANCEL

Benjamin started his career at Dassault Systèmes 10 years ago developing learning experiences for CATIA and ENOVIA tailored to different audiences including clients, students and academics. After several years in the Education organization, he joined the ENOVIA organization to manage the ENOVIA learning portfolio. He is also responsible for implementing a hands-on approach to the adoption journey to unlock value at every stage of the user journey.

Passionate about data and artificial intelligence, Ania AGGAR began her career at Dassault Systèmes as a data analyst and data engineer, then became a project manager on the same team.
She currently works in the NETVIBES Center of Excellence where she's in charge of sharing the vision of the Sourcing & Standardization Intelligence portfolio.
